GoogleSamuel Estates: "Simply the best. Better than all the rest" I have owned properties in Battersea since 1997. Up until 2016 I would not recommend any of the local estate agents to my friends. In fact quite the reverse! In 2016 I became acquainted with Samuel Estates. Thanks to you all but in particular Chi-Huy Ha and Connie Ahearn from the Management side and Paul Ahearn and Charl Cilliers from the Sales side.

GooglePleased to have been a tenant with Samuel Estates and to have had Chi-Huy Ha as my account manager over that last 3 1/2 years. I was kept informed about issues/developments at the building and had responses to a few repairs done when needed. Now moved on and I hope the new tenants have as good an experience.

GoogleI've been with Samuels from their conception in Merton Abbey Mills. I still own the original flat in MAM and added another property, also managed by Samuels. Although they have grown and added additional agencies, I still receive a personal service. The staff have continuity, many still there from day one, so great knowledge

GoogleOur experience renting with Samuel Estates was extremely smooth, all the way from viewing the house to doing all the paperwork and the move in. Stefano was always available to answer all our queries and communicated any important information in a timely manner. Overall the whole renting process was stress free for us.
