GoogleHave used Samuel Estates for a decade managing properties across London. They provide good advice on all aspects of renting properties and work hard to resolve problems in a practical way. Would highly recommend. Paul Ahearn and his team are the most pro-active and reasonable estate agents I have ever used. Very professional and have helped save me time, hassle and money by fixing many issues over the years before they become problematic. A very different approach to that you will get from other agents who will do the bare minimum and inflate costs.

GoogleSamuel Estates is the best thing since sliced bread; a gift from heaven! I have used Samuels as my letting agent since 2009 and the thing I value most is that the process, of letting my property, is stress free. Tenants come and go and it is all so easy for me. I don't know where Nick gets his staff from, they are wonderful, so approachable, reliable and patient. I say patient because I'm not always up to speed with their latest techie processes but they get me there in the end. Everything is done online, fantastic! The other thing I really value is that they know just the right workman to get a job done. I like my property to be in a condition I myself would like to live in and I know I can trust Samuels to get a diy/repair job done properly. I haven't visited the property for almost 7 years so it is important that I can leave it in their hands. It means so much to be able to trust the company with whom you deal. I am so grateful for, and appreciative of, the service they provide. Worth every penny.

GoogleI have used the whole range of Samuel Estates services over the years, from renting an apartment to buying, then letting, and finally selling. Dealing with Nick Samuel and Paul Ahearn throughout has thrown all of my pre-conceptions of estate agents out of the window. Both will get things done when they need to be done, and will go the extra mile to make sure that they are done.

GoogleAs a non-resident landlord I have been incredibly reliant on Samuel Estates to manage my property for me and they have never let me down in the 12 years that I've been using them; they offer a very professional service and take away all those little headaches that come with being a landlord. When the first sale fell through, he managed to get another buyer the same evening, which was amazing. He wasn't pushy, unlike other estate agents, which was very refreshing. I also used them when renting out my flat. We received a very effiicient service and they took away all the worry and hassle. I would definitely recommend them.

FacebookI have been a tenant with Samuel Estates agency for about 8 years now and I would definitely recommend it! Any kind of problem I have had has always been resolved fairly quickly and anyone I have spoken to at the agency over these years, has always been professional and helpful!

FacebookI would never rent from this agency ever again and I would not recommend them to anyone. The apartment was not ready for us when we arrived with our stuff to move in, they were rude and unhelpful with every issue we had and they encouraged the landlord to charge us a cleaning fee when we moved out despite the fact that the apartment was spotless. I am not someone who writes reviews ever but this is an exception as I was so disappointed with their service.

FacebookI've been a tenant at the same apartment in Colliers Wood for the last seven and a half years. When I first went into the Samuel Estates Office to enquire about property I was struck by how friendly and helpful everyone was. Throughout my tenancy with Samuels this has continued to be the case. The very few issues there have been during this time have always been dealt with promptly and very efficiently. I have always recommended Samuel Estates and continue to do so.
