GoogleTerrible experience with this agency. They were responsible for losing my first property after a 5 month process. Almost the week before the contract was due to be exchanged, they lied through their teeth and made an excuse not to go through with the sale. The next day the property is back on Rightmove and another offer is going through. Very suspicious so avoid with all costs.

“Our reasons for terminating the sale to Mr Richardson are entirely down to events of his own construction, Samuel Estates made every effort to maintain the sale but in the end we as the sellers felt we could not trust our buyers following a series of instances of questionable behaviour and character. This has been further evidenced by the distortion of events above.
We couldn’t recommend Samuel Estates enough and they were fantastic in getting us new buyers, and a better offer, within 2 weeks of this sale terminating.”

GoogleSamual estates has been the worst estate agent I have used.
Staff have been threatening and never kept to their contract. The company has never fixed items that have broken in my property and never replied to emails.
They have caused stress and anxiety to increase, when the reason to move was to decrease the stress and anxiety of my last letting agency.
They have broken the law on several occasions and never taken my personal data seriously.
What an utter disgrace for a company.

GoogleWe have had such a wonderful encounter with this company! Everyone we dealt with, especially Jessica & Ryan, went out of their way to make the move into our new place as effortless as possible. The staff have been incredibly helpful and we were very impresses by the systems they make use of to keep everything online and as streamlined as possible. Through them we did the entire process from a different country and it was less hassle than dealing with someone face to face. Very highly recommended!

GoogleWe want to call your attention to our Samuel Estates' property manager for our flat who helped to us, in case you haven't noticed recently. We have been very impressed with her organizational and interpersonal skills.
For the past six months or so we have had a couple of emergencies which we could not have handled from the US without her help. She also has been prompt in responding to our emails, taking the initiative to bring together various persons in solving the problems. We find her to be very professional, conscientious and always pleasant.
This was our first experience with Samuel Estates in managing our flat and have been very happy and grateful for the services.

GoogleNo communication at all.
1) After one year renting a property, I was supposed to renew the contract. I have been chasing the company during 3 months to sign the new contract which technically will include some improvements. No answer, no phone calls, not answering the emails.
2) I have reported leaking and toilet issues to the agency from more than 4 months ago. Still waiting, no answer, no phone calls no answering emails.
It is just a shame.
Maybe writing this here, they will take into account my concerns.

GooglePaul at Samuel Estates started off managing 3 of our rental properties almost 10 years ago now and while our dedicated property managers have changed over the years, Paul has always been a solid and reliable point of contact whenever we needed him. Luckily that hasn't been often at all since his team do an excellent job of communicating well when decisions are required, but taking the workload off our shoulders when they know they can just apply common sense.
If you're looking for a fully or partially managed rental in the Balham, Clapham or Wimbledon areas I can highly recommend Paul and his team at Samuel Estates - they put on a stellar service!

I needed an estate agent with a personal approach and a certain amount of sensitivity to the situation. In Samuel Estates I found just those qualities.
