GoogleI was renting flat for 2 years with Samuel Estates and level of support and professionalism which they offer is incredible! They're very nice, polite and working fast with your request, very good in problem solving. My first contact was based in Merton Mills and gentleman who was dealing with our flat was Chi, if you ever would like to rent flat in this area ask for him! I highly recommend this estate agency :)

GoogleA group of scammers that all I have to say. They don't respect a contract they have redrawn. They don't carry any maintenance.

It seems that your frustration towards us is in relation to a deposit dispute with the Landlord. We have tried our best to mediate this and help you both come to a sufficient resolution. We must again point out that we don’t stand to gain anything from deposits and always take a professional, fair and unbiased view when it comes to deposits. Being described as ‘scammers’ is therefore very far from the truth. Your landlord was always attentive with any issues in the property. GoogleAs I private landlord using the managed service I found the experience with Samuel estates shockingly bad. There was a high staff turnover in the period that we were with them which caused problems with communication to the point where the tenants were contacting us directly with issues because of a lack of engagement from the agency. Each new contact at the agency blamed the previous contact for problems and no ownership was ever displayed. Avoid .

FacebookAs a current tenant, I highly recommend not taking a flat managed by Samuel Estates unless you are willing to do repairs yourself and not ask them for any assistance.

GoogleSamuel Estate was perhaps the best experience I had in the last 10 years with an agency. They were very helpful throughout our tenancy and very prompt in dealing with our enquiries. I would choose this agency again!

GoogleI've been with Samuel Estates for over 15 years now and I have nothing but high praise for them; as a non-resident landlord they have made the task of being a landlord incredibly easy! They are most professional, incredibly useful when called upon and generally just very pleasant to deal with. I can highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleDreadful Estate Agent. To start with, they made a tenancy agreement with the wrong address, which then forced my to change all documents again. When I moved in the flat was filthy, although they declared that it had been professionally cleaned and when I moved out they requested me to have it professionally cleaned otherwise they wouldn't give me my deposit back. Never did any proper repair in the flat or maintenance of communal areas. To be avoided!

Dear Mr Grotto, Thank you for taking your time to submit a review. We have investigated further and in this instance are unable to agree with the content in your review. The address of the property was changed by the Street Name & Numbering Department of the local council, we did make you aware of this. Unfortunately, the landlord was not informed of this as they reside overseas, we did however action this in a timely manner and resolved this asap. In terms of the cleanliness of the property, it had been professionally cleaned with some odd omissions when you moved in. The landlord has the invoice from the cleaning company to demonstrate this. It is an exaggeration to say that the property was ‘filthy’. Your deposit was returned to you without any deductions other than the agreed inventory check out cost as outlined by the tenancy agreement. We have all the invoices of the repair and maintenance works that were carried out throughout the tenancy in both the flat and communal areas. Again, we thank you for taking the time to submit your review and we wish you all the best in the future.

GoogleDaniel from Samuel Estates was incredibly helpful in my search for a flat, helped me get what I wanted and was there throughout the whole process. He had a really professional attitude and was never obtrusive which seems to be rare among property agents nowadays.
