GoogleI can not believe this but my comment i made last time will now show everyone what your like.i spoken to my solicitor he said by law you are ment to send me an email about my deposit I know im not getting it back but I moved on the 14 last month and called you and was told you send me an email well this doesn't surprise me I got into arrears because you left my mother who was 92 without a cooker for Christmas so because of this I refused to pay the rent its the worst service ever Send me an email or the solicitor will contact you ASAP. Anyone that read my last message to Samuels estates in colliers Wood.The sent in two men and one put my tap wrong way I mean come on a bunch of cowboys 🤠 Please think before you go to these people imagine my mum and me and daughter had no Christmas Dinner because they don't care TRUTH

GoogleWe had a good experience with Samuel Estates. They are helpful and responsive on the whole. Special mention to Yohana - she was excellent and always showed she really cared and wanted to resolve any issue we had whilst being tenants with SE for 18 months. She would respond out of hours when necessary and be there for any kind of support/extra mile service. Appreciate your help.

GoogleSamuel Estates managed my flat in London for a few years and after an issue with one account manager, they quickly turned things around, gave me a new account manager and have been great in every way. Jade was our account manager and was responded immediately to all my emails and questions. She also managed the renovation of a bathroom while tenants were living there and did a fantastic job of ensuring the renovation was completed to a high standard and the tenants were happy. Would recommend them to others.
