GoogleStaff friendly and helpful. Price was fine. Storage space very clean and not too far from the lifts by the entrance. Access good from loading point and easy to get to by road with spacious parking.

GoogleI went to Safe Store today and Nick (I believe he was the store manager) was excellent! He helped me with all my questions and I felt that he really cared of my situation and was more than willing to help in any way he could.

GoogleThe staff at Safestore have been brilliant throughout the months I have stored and added to my hoard with them. They are always friendly and helpful and will help in the best way they can to accomodate with the size of storage unit you will need. I was shown a few units so I could decide which was the best for me. I will always recommend these lovely people to anyone who has stuff to store as the whole episode has been carefree. GooglePrice is competitive but the staff have been amazing! Highly recommend the Colchester branch, the ladies there were so helpful and even gave us chocolate while we were unloading. Can't thank them enough.

GoogleI have used Colchester safestore on 2 occasions, both of long duration. The storage facilities are first class and very secure. I found the staff, Nick, Jo and Debbie to be kind, courteous, polite and very helpful.Nothing is too much trouble and this is much appreciated at a stressful time.I would definitely recommend this branch ... and the fabulous efficient team there , who are a credit to the Company.

GoogleReally helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to make the whole business of moving etc (and, the time before that, storing my stuff while I was abroad) so much easier. Outstanding service, reliably. Also, they're really good at surfing, have all won Masterchef and now owe me £100.* *Okay not the surfing or Masterchef

GoogleFirstly I had a phone conversation with Nick who suggested that we pop in to assess what size unit we needed. We visited the next day and were shown around by Jo. Nothing was too much trouble. Our storage space is booked for when we need. The units are clean and easily accessible and the customer service is excellent.

GoogleEveryone I have dealt with or spoken with on the phone has been very friendly and helpful. The process of arranging storage was very easy and they were happy to show me around to help me decide what size unit to get. The facilities seem very good, it is easy to get to and the price seems in line with other facilities in Colchester.

GoogleExtremely friendly and helpful staff. We needed a storage unit for 2-4 weeks, the team on hand were brilliant providing everything we needed in one place, they were even able to offer insurance which we took. We haven’t used our storage unit for the full weeks, which means we will soon be refunded two weeks. We really can’t grumble at all. Highly recommend Colchester Safe Store
