GoogleJo & Ollie are both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable members of staff. Site is well maintained, storage units are kept clean. Large parking area with good turning spaces (handy if you take a trailer). The reception has packing boxes and equipment you can buy if needed. There are customer toilets. Trolleys are available to use to get your items to the unit. Good size lifts to the upper floors.

Nick went out of his way to help us.
