GoogleI’ve always had a fantastic experience at Safestore Colchester which I can not say about other similar businesses. Debbie was such a great help, really friendly and polite, I can not thank her enough for dealing with all my questions! I will definitely be sticking around for the long run, thanks again :)

GoogleNick and his team have been so so helpful and I couldn’t recommend safestore more. Great price and I feel safe with my belongings there and know I can call them or pop in if I have any questions. They’ve made my moving experience a lot less stressful which is a godsend!

GoogleExtremely friendly and helpful staff. We needed a storage unit for 2-4 weeks, the team on hand were brilliant providing everything we needed in one place, they were even able to offer insurance which we took. We haven’t used our storage unit for the full weeks, which means we will soon be refunded two weeks. We really can’t grumble at all. Highly recommend Colchester Safe Store

Google100% safe store on Ipswich road is the best storage facility you could choose. The staff are absolutely fantastic. One lady in particular named Jo will go out of her way to accommodate you in every way possible. Wether its dealing with waste or providing transport which isn't even her responsibility she more than excellent. Supportive, welcoming and conscientious is the best way to describe her professional approach. We had issues with several companies trying to find waste removal. We were left sitting around for hours with two young children on a hot day luckily we had the a/c in the car. But Jo offered to go and get us a mcdonalds on her break, multiple coffees were made and offered various local services which were half the price of what we had intended to spend. You could see she cared. She kept a smile on our faces and made the time we spent there much more peaceful. Because of her we will stay with safe store, I couldn't imagine using another company now.

GoogleThus is the second time I have taken storage with you and I do keep it in use it for a long time and I have to say the staff are welcoming, polite and efficient. In particular Jo has always gone one step further to make it a stress free process. Over the years she has helped with every aspect of the service that I needed with a smile and useful information.
