GoogleI honestly think that this is a fantastic place to use for self storage. The staff are incredibly nice, cheery, always having a good laugh, but at the same time, very helpful. They recommended me a man with a van to use, from a different company, to get my stuff into storage, and the service he and his colleague provided me was brilliant. When things went wrong (as something normally does with a move) they didn't complain. They just got on with it. What more, the self storage itself is very reasonable, allowing for cheaper prices for the first few months, but does go up over time. I've also seen where my items are being stored so I know that it's secure. Very nicely done.

GoogleWe popped along at the weekend to inquire about a unit and the staff were so helpful and friendly, not pressuring at all, we signed up there and then, the process was all so easy and relaxed. We have spent the weekend filling it and at every visit the staff were as friendly and helpful as the first visit, would highly recommend!!!

GoogleA coupe of months ago, I enquired about renting some storage space with Safestore Ipswich Road Colchester. I was delighted to speak to Jo who was really helpful when assessing my needs in terms of square footage of floor space. A week or so later, I decided to take a larger room, as things had changed, and again, Jo was quick to respond. Sadly, our plans had to be abandoned and I had to cancel the storage space. Again, Jo listened sympathetically, and offered to keep my details on file in case I need some space in the future. Whilst I didn't actually use the space allocated to me, I can say without doubt that if the facility was as efficient as Jo and her colleagues, there would be no need to look anywhere else! Thank you for your continued support!

GoogleJust wanted to give some feedback on this business. We needed a storage unit at short notice when we sold our house. We were let down by some friends that were supposed to be storing our stuff. We spoke up Jo who promptly managed to arrange it for us. She went above and beyond to help us. Even now when our new build is slightly delayed she’s managed to arrange something to help us out short term. I don’t often take the time to do reviews, but in this case I’m happy to make an exception. Well done to Jo at Safestore Colchester. We know where to come if we ever need another storage facility

GoogleA truly first class service from Jo. My home contents have gone into long term storage; Jo was exceptionally helpful with the planning, logistics of moving (from long distance) and best practice for what was a seamless move into storage. She really went above and beyond to ensure my move was as ‘painless’ as possible and I am so happy I chose Safestore Colchester. Although I dealt predominately with Jo, all the team deserve a massive thank you. Highly recommended!

They are always friendly and helpful and will help in the best way they can to accomodate with the size of storage unit you will need.
