GoogleJust popped in and the last on reception was extremely helpful and I will be recommending to to everyone .
I have already forgotten her name as I’m useless- I think it was Jo.
She was very helpful and gave me some excellent advice and she really has helped me a lot today.
Credit to your staff. You have a gem with this lady.

I've been with Safestore for just over a year now and since day one, Jo and the Team have been so amazing when I was going through some very difficult times in my personal life. GoogleMy partner and I had a great experience with Safestore Colchester, and we especially want to give a shoutout to Jo for their fantastic service. Right from our first enquiry, Jo was super friendly, really knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help us find the perfect unit. Their clear communication and genuinely helpful attitude made everything so much easier and a lot less stressful.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and really easy to get to - everything was exactly as promised. It’s clear they really care about their customers. Big thanks to both Jo and Nick for making us feel like our stuff was in safe hands.
Would definitely recommend!

GoogleWell. It doesn't get any better than this anywhere. Jo and Nick were absolutely fabulous as well as professional and competent. When I left I ended up giving Jo a hug which is a sign of what these guys are like. You almost want to stay a bit longer just so you get to see them again!!

GoogleFrom the start my enquiry was handled quickly and efficiently, and in a friendly manner. The quotes we were given were very competitive and we decided to go with Safestore. The paperwork and set up was painless, and the staff were very helpful. On arriving for the first time to drop off our items, we were greeted and escorted to our lock up, which was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company.

GoogleGreat service and support at affordable prices.
I have used Safestore Colchester for several years now and can truly say that the staff have always been helpful and professional.
The building is kept clean and in well repair. I have seen Nick the manager and other members of his team painting the floors themselves to make sure it always looks great.
I have had many offers from other storage companies but, the friendly competent staff at Safestore Colchester offers everything I need.

GoogleI honestly think that this is a fantastic place to use for self storage. The staff are incredibly nice, cheery, always having a good laugh, but at the same time, very helpful. They recommended me a man with a van to use, from a different company, to get my stuff into storage, and the service he and his colleague provided me was brilliant. When things went wrong (as something normally does with a move) they didn't complain. They just got on with it. What more, the self storage itself is very reasonable, allowing for cheaper prices for the first few months, but does go up over time. I've also seen where my items are being stored so I know that it's secure. Very nicely done.
