GoogleThe staff at Safestore have been brilliant throughout the months I have stored and added to my hoard with them. They are always friendly and helpful and will help in the best way they can to accomodate with the size of storage unit you will need. I was shown a few units so I could decide which was the best for me. I will always recommend these lovely people to anyone who has stuff to store as the whole episode has been carefree. Thankyou Safestore.

GoogleExcellent experience! Jo was fantastic, she was enthusiastically helpful and so friendly. What would have been a very stressful relocation was made so much easier with a friendly face. She assessed our storage size and immediately problem solved when it was realised that we had booked a storage room that was too small.

GoogleStaff here are really great and offer the best prices I have found. The units are clean and we'll monitored but I have taken a star off because when moving tall objects such as wardrobes you have to put them on a trolly thenot take them off again to put in the lift as they don't have a tall height lift entrance then put back on trolly again when upstairs to rooms that are not numbered in order so a bit more thought on actually moving large items easier and accessing lockers please.

GoogleYou can cover your belongings with insurance in this very big ware house, 24 hour access to the ground floor if you pay for it. (There's materials to keep your gear warm in winter and cool in summer) Properly package your stuff as the wear house is not temperature controlled and i would say they need more CCTV down the corridors. The staff are amazingly approachable with any query you can imagine and are very friendly.
