The team where really helpful as we arrived we noticed straight away the we would struggle to get our sample through the corridor but with an existing client about to vacate they where quick to swift things around and get us sorted within an hour.

GoogleOrdered a unit at Burnley safestore. Was greeted very friendly by young man in office. He showed us to our unit which was dry clean and bright. All facility's to help move items from van or car. Trucks, wheels, lift for upper floors, good security CCTV. He stayed with us to ensure we knew how to use the fob for opening and closing the security shutters. All in all 5 starts would highly recommend Burnley safe store.

For different reasons I had to change the specifications of what we were going to put into storage a few times. Every time the staff were helpful and patient, responding quite promptly to our enquiries via email. On the day I arrived to place our items into storage the member of staff on site was very helpful as well. Instead of feeling stressed and anxious, I left feeling accomplished.

VERY helpful staff, and excellent value for money (compared to other companies in the area). Really happy with the service I received when I opened a new storage unit in April 2024.
Knowledgeable staff who advised on right size of unit for my stock. Invoices sent each month so I know exactly when my payment will be taken (via direct debit) and plenty of onsite parking space. Cannot fault it at all.
