Yet Rosie who was dealing with me, listened to the situation I was in and what I was wanting to achieve, even took on board how thick I am when it comes to technology, Rosie was amazing, stayed calm, gave me all the help I needed in abundance. GoogleI've been using Safestore self Storage in Poole To store everything I need to run my business for over 12 months. Zach and his team are amazing. This facility is run with precision. I wish more businesses had staff that were this helpful.
A fully serviced suite of offices, plenty of parking, large loading bays, supplies and spares for storage and packaging,
plus help and advice whenever needed.
From insurance to short-term additional storage if required. I have never been let down.
The team here are always smiling, happy, and friendly.
I don't know if this store is a training centre for new employees, but it should be.

GoogleI would like to thank Jade for the wonderful customer service she provided in my hour of need.i Had had a really bad day removals guys were late a long trip from Kent to poole no sign of removal men until 15 mins before closing then found the unit I purchased wasn't big enough long story short Jade stayed until 6.45 nearly an hour past her finish time to help me out. GoogleThat was not my first experience with Safestore. The price is acceptable comparing to the orange ones opposite the B&Q in Poole, where after noticing I'm foring they have asked me for £400 of deposit and ridiculous price after.
Safestore has given me a nice discount on the beginning, I had access to the storage always I needed to, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Next time I'll need the storage I will comeback. There is no better option.

GoogleThe service was the best I have had in a long time. Peter who I primarily dealt with was brilliant, extremely friendly and professional throughout, I dealt with Martin a little bit who also came across as similar to Peter. During a tough and stressful time it was an extremely easy process where the excellent customer service helped throughout (right when it was needed). All the terms were made clear from the beginning and there has been nothing I haven't been told about. I downgraded the size of unit from what I originally booked and there was zero sales pressure to be put into a larger one which I appreciated, and as mentioned the two staff members mentioned were great at ensuring I got just what I needed and I wasnt wasting money. Cant thank them both enough especially Peter since he was who I was primarily dealing with.
