Hi Louria, after speaking to the store I believe you spoke to our customer services rather than directly to the store the first time you called, and they would not have had the information regarding individual lifts in stores. When you did speak to a staff member, they did come to assist you. Hopefully now you have not run in to any more problems using the lift at our Poole store.

Cecelia is very helpful, funny and welcoming but as your right said, a hard worker too that always goes that extra mile to ensure our Poole customers feel very well looked after. Happy to hear you got the best deal as well.

Now thats what I call a sales lady. Cece obviously gave you the perfect pitch and showed you the perfect room for your needs. They are lovely in our Poole store and always keep the place looking like new, plus the store has great easy access as well.
