First time I have used Safestore. From the initial enquiry and quote to securing the storage unit the journey was easy and stress free. The staff are polite and helpful and always on hand to assist when needed. The Safestore site and unit is clean and feels very secure. A high level of security exists all round and I would highly recommend if you need short term or long term storage. Their prices are also competitive with good deals on at the moment. I have now vacated the unit and the process of this was also very quick and easy. I will certainly use Safestore Poole again if needed and that, from me, is an excellent recommendation. I found the customer service at Safestore Poole to be excellent. From my initial enquiry for a storage room, through to moving in, visiting, accounts and moving out The customer service staff were always friendly efficient and very helpful. The secure store itself was well appointed, well lit, kept at a suitable temperature and humidity for the goods I had to store and the facilities were always kept clean and tidy with trollies and sack trucks readily at hand if required. I would thoroughly recommend Safestore Poole for providing a 1st Class service and facility but at a very competitive price compared to their competition in the area.

Very nice staff, they gave me plenty of information. It was very nice to talk to them on telephone before I moved my stuff in. They were also very nice and professional when I arrived personally. Very nice, clean facilities, good access. Great price. Very good opening times. If you need storage, don't look anywhere else. I highly recommend Safestore to everyone.

Stored here for over two years. The staff have been excellent, always helpful and very professional. They suffer a staff rotation but whoever’s there has always been outstanding and the service level never declines. I run a business from the store and am notified about deliveries within minutes of them arriving and I would highly recommend them as a store

This was just what I needed as in preparation for a house move which lasted much longer than planned. Self storage was in VERY short supply at the time I needed it, but the team at Safestore Poole did all they could to tip me off when a storage unit was becoming available. Very happy with this storage unit. I wish I had used them in between my house moves instead of Titan Storage in Poole which became infested with woodlice and they didn't bother to tell me so that I could have moved my house contents out. Will definitely be using Safestore storage as and when required in future.
