We are sorry you feel you were hounded and that calling you on a Sunday was not acceptable. After a customer makes an enquiry we do like to speak with them to make sure we give the right quote for their individual needs as everyone has slightly different needs and does not always know the exact size they require. We do not call everyday, but if this was not something you needed, you only have to tell us that you no longer need storage and we would not have called you again. I am sorry you felt his was a negative experience.

Thank you for taking your time to leave your review regarding your experience of our Poole facility. Sadly, we are unable to clean cobwebs that may form inside your unit but we always keep dusters handy if you ever wanted to spring clean.
