I came in for a trial day
I came in for a trial day, and ended up leaving after about 10 minutes in the building. I didn't like the way I was being spoken to, I had been given incorrect information. The representative wasn't willing to admit any fault and it the hole vibe was overly "salesey" without regard for what I was asking for. I decided to quickly check the reviews online and that consolidated my decision to leave the building immediately. What a strange and confusing company.

Stay away from Regus/Spaces.
Stay away from Regus/Spaces.The Spaces centre staff at Liverpool street are very helpful, and do the best they can with the extremely limited resources head office seems to give them. Ben Clinton and Jada are the only reason we haven't just walked out of the building and cut our losses.I would still give Regus a 1-star review despite their best efforts as the Corporate culture/company policy and customer care is somewhat toxic, and in parts - close to criminal. They charge you for services and facilities you do cannot use, refuse refunds and take months to reply to anything billing related. They also charge you late fines, even if you try and pay multiple times and contact all 3 of their help desks on a weekly basis asking for support on how to pay with no reply. If you are a new business or a business that is looking for flexible works space to make your life easier - Stay away from Regus/Spaces. Despite them having good locations, nice facilities and some very good staff that do the best they can - you will not be viewed as a customer, you will be viewed as a source of money that has no right to question made up charges or dishonest billing.During the pandemic, they are one of the only rental providers that I heard of that originally offered zero flexibility - and when they finally did, it came with catches and clauses that meant that they ended up benefiting further financially from the pandemic - as well as late fines. In my opinion, it would not surprise me if they go under when most of their client base's contracts come to an end, we will not be renewing ours and will scale up our business with another company that values it's tenants and doesn't rip them off.All of the information I have provided here is correct and documented in Email... If Regus/Spaces would like to reach out to me directly to discuss the review in more detail I would be more than happy to show them all of the communication, lack of response and highlight how bad the business is.Stay away & Stay healthy

Beware of what you are signing-up for
We have been a Spaces customer for a little over 1 year, and currently have taken an 8 person office at CityPoint centre in London City. We signed a 3 year contract, and it has been one of our biggest mistakes. We just cannot wait to get out of this place. In this short period, we have been made to move offices very often, and we are now in our 3rd office. Even after complaining time and again, we still don’t even have a single working telephone line in the office, and we just have to use our personal mobile phone. We do not have a dedicated internet access line and all we have is the generic common WiFi access. We are paying for all of this, but these have never been provided from day 1 until now. Customer service is a nightmare. The initial billing gave us sleepless nights with the Head Office team billing us for 2 months and then returning the money after almost 3 months. Only go with Spaces/Regus/IGW if you are willing to suffer the following:-1) you are willing to pay rent almost one month in advance2) if a larger client arrives or somebody is willing to pay more, you will be thrown out of the office and moved to an even worser office - we are at our 3rd office in a little over an year3) customer service is a joke - be prepared to pay but not have telephone lines or dedicated internet4) the main contract will not have all the clauses, those are well hidden in another fine print document called house rules - e.g. 4% annual increase in rent (covid or no-covid, you still pay the increase)5) spend hours and hours on emails and calls to Head Office to sort out the errors they make in billing, and wait for months to get your money back6) sales pitch promise free coffee/tea and free conference rooms - you will never see any of this after day 1.Be very prepared and careful before signing-up.
Hello,I am very sorry to learn of your frustration. A centre closure can be a frustrating experience for customers and it’s something we try to avoid wherever possible.Immediately after receiving your comments, we reached out to you and began investigating with your local team. Whilst moving is not something you were planning on doing, we are pleased that you were able to appreciate and benefit from the new workspace that you have been provided with. The internet package that you have received it set up as standard. We have discussed the alternative options available as per your requirements but you’ve so far declined to amend or upgrade. Please do not hesitate to contact your local team should you wish to review this at a later date. The monthly charges you can see on your invoice are made up of an advance rent payment plus payment for services in arrears. Invoices are payable upon receipt but no later than the 15th day of each month; these are all available in your online account by clicking on Account. You have confirmed that your telephone lines are now fully operational. Should there be anything further I can assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact us using the direct details found within your invoices or provided to you today.Thank you for your business.Regards, Sandra Melody Head of Customer Services

Total sharks. Money grabbing and unethical!!!
Terrible. Sales people will do anything to get you in, including never sending over t&c’s. To the person who will dispute this (Sandra) don’t bother, I have written evidence stating otherwise AND NO I DO NOT WISH TO DISCUSS SO YOU CAN EXPLAIN ANOTHER TRUTHFUL REVIEW AWAY. Furthermore I have had legal professionals look over the contracts in which we keep getting late fees from because unlike ANY other company I have worked with, they operate on a 15 day billing cycle. BUT DO NOT MENTION THIS IN ANY CONTRACT, therefore are making illegal “late payment fees”. Absolute sharks and judging by their rating, need to be audited. Seriously do NOT bother with these. More people need to know about them. Absolute fraudsters.
Hello,I am sorry that you feel we have acted unethically; we work hard to always be fully transparent. Our invoices are payable no later than on the 15th day of the month. If paid late, your account will automatically incur a late fee. You can review invoice and payment dates on your online statement on account. The monthly charges you can see on your invoice are made up of an advance rent payment plus payment for services in arrears. If you do wish to discuss this at a later date then please drop me a line at Sandra.melody@regus.com with your company details and personal review reference, BCN12MM.Thank you.Sandra Melody Head of Customer Services

Do yourself a favor and don’t…
Honestly do yourself a favor and don’t EVER work with this company. Don’t let Spaces tell you they work differently than Regus, their parent company - they don’t. They are possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. It’s been 8 months since I left an office and I’m still dealing with them. It’s not worth the time or money. They take weeks to get back to you and then charge you a late fee. I cannot recommend strongly enough NOT engaging with them. They rebranded these new offices for a reason....also don’t listen to the social media person responding to these reviews - they do not care about you. They will not fix is. This is a PR play only.Sandra - I’ve already communicated with you. I’ve been in contact with your team since the middle of March. Literally - not one person has helped. I have no interest in having another conversation with another person on your team. You are all wasting my time. The people who can resolve the issue have my information - they just aren’t doing it. I know this is your job to respond but I love that Regus/Spaces are only timely with publicly available reviews - I’ve had a support ticket in queue for almost 3 weeks now - still no answer. This is a PR response and nothing more. Thanks but no thanks.Sandra, these reviews are publicly available on the internet for anyone to read - so of course I’m not publicly giving details. They are not anonymous. Please don’t try to belittle my review or situation by positioning it as untrustworthy because I’m not fully identifying myself to the public and have no desire to interact with your embarrassment of a organization anymore. This is a truthful and accurate review of my experience with a company that doesn’t care about it’s customers - which is comprised mostly of small business owners. Not only do you not care, but your firm has made no provisions for clients despite the current pandemic. You’ve been threatening to send me to collections for $600 - and adding late fees every month despite the fact that services were not rendered. There was no accountability on your end for what happened to the office I was renting, no accountability for the fact that it was unusable, no meeting me in the middle, no negotiation, nothing. Just pay now, despite what we did or we’re going to damage your credit. This went on for months as I tried to negotiate and every month you added more and more fees. After 6 months I paid the full amount due including late fees with no concessions on your end because I can’t have this hurt my business credit. Never mind the fact that I completely disagree with having been charged in the first place or the fact that there were late fees because it takes your team 3-5 weeks to respond to inquiries. My payments are now on a CC. I’m paying literally for nothing - no services rendered, no office space, no help, no care. You got your money paid in full, and then... charged me another late fee! This is getting to the point of fraud. But hey, small business owner trying to make it through a pandemic, getting threats from a publicly traded company - worth over 2 Billion. You won. You got your $1000. I’ll be paying this off over the next several months. I kick myself for not heading the reviews online more myself. Like I said, if you are reading this - take the reviews seriously. Never mind Sandra - that’s just PR - and their sales reps will tell you the reviews are actually for Regus. But know, it’s just two brands run by the same company. Don’t do it or you’ll be writing a review like this one.

If only she didn’t run it like her fiefdom
Update: It's been twelve days since I left this review, I have emailed the customer service director twice since and no response. Beginning to think her comments are just for show.-----I am a fan of Spaces, the buildings are usually well located and furnishings provide a great working environment. If could, I would be quite happy to stay. The centre staff can be a bit hit and miss. In smaller towns and cities in Asia like HK, they are excellent, but my experience in London has been very poor. In my own centre, the manager is often on the phone on private calls and doesn’t like to be disturbed. Everything is a drama. Every little task is a chore and you’re made to feel like you’re a nuisance. If you’re in a private conversation, she likes to butt in and interrupt you midway through a client meeting. My office hasn’t been cleaned for three months, but she ‘insists’ it has and for over six weeks my office was unlock-able. Two years in, there’s still another company’s logo on the wall, I asked for it to be removed on many occasions. Last week she told me I didn’t put it in writing so in her view, I never asked. So be prepared to deal with pettiness like this - it’s what makes it hard. There is a deli with many cafes open at Spaces in the UK, the directors can confirm the pettiness. Our neighbour had an issue with lighting. The light above his desk was broken for weeks, and to his dismay they didn’t fix it until he wanted to leave.I raised a complaint six weeks ago, and still have not had a response. I have many ticket numbers and promised call backs within 48 hours from the accounts helpdesk. They add random things (fraudulent really) to your invoice and a Spanish team are paid to send you round and round in circles. Finally the Area Director who was meant to call me still hasn’t but blamed it on a family emergency (even though I was told he was at work). I also wrote The customer service director who I cannot name but had no response. All of this I am sure isn’t what the CEO (who I cannot name) planned when he bought into the Dutchman (I cannot name)’s Spaces idea. Pandemic excuses or not, the attitude of the some of the staff that supports his business is really in contrast to the great working environment the Spaces Brand represent. I would also go further and claim my Spaces Centre is actually Anti-Business. One simple query us taken over 6 weeks, and if I don’t pay the ‘made up invoice’ there’s a late fee. They exist on the basis that small businesses are too small to try and take them on so just be careful if you want to sign up. If Spaces spent a little more money training people or hiring better quality centre managers, the concept would be better than all other co-working spaces. Take work.life for example, excellent concept, amazing staff and pro business environment. This is what small businesses needs, people focused customer service. There’s no print asking me to email my comments, I would just like a reply to my email.Having rented offices from Regus/Spaces for thirteen years, if anyone wants a candid view of my experiences please feel free to reach out! Thanks!

Reached the end of the line - handing over to a solicitor
After months of incorrect billing and Regus unlawfully holding on to £655.70 of our retainer, I finally thought the issue was resolved when after several months of complaints credit notes were processed for £1,028 of overcharging. This was overcharged on an invoice that was for £1,791.48 so the vast majority of the invoice was incorrect. Finally the credit notes come though and two days later we get the next invoice with a late payment fee of £121.45 I contacted the Head of Customer Services as requested in the responses to other TrustPilot complaints. Since 2nd November no response has been received, not even an acknowledgement the complaint is being looked in to.After first raising this complaint on 6th September we have decided to appoint a solicitor and take legal action. This may be the only way to get a result. For anyone considering Spacesworks for an office, please do not take the chance. I cannot describe how consistently poor the billing and admin has been across both our London and Manchester offices. The staff in the offices are lovely people but none of the billing or customer service staff care in the slightest, least of all, Head of Customer Services.
Hello Joe,Regus takes customer service extremely seriously. We are committed to resolving this matter promptly.Firstly, please be assured that we fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly. I have reviewed your account for you and can see that it was previously restricted due to some payment concerns earlier this year. After the pending balance was settled, your account was reinstated, however, you had since provided termination notice on a number of your workspaces. Please understand that during the time that an account is restricted, our ability to make amendments is limited.I understand that your account has since been updated and the matter now resolved. You should receive your retainer refund shortly. We apologise again for any delays experienced. If there is anything further that I can help with, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.Best regards, Sandra Melody Head of Customer Services

Not worth the money
Their pricing is on the low end and there is a good reason for it: the service is appalling. They claim one thing when trying to get you to sign a contract and will then try to enforce some other rules once you're done even though that is not what their terms and conditions say.The coworking places are loud with people shouting or even putting their music on. When someone eats, you can expect the tables to remain sticky the next day. This is not a place you can do some serious work. You're better off going to a coffee shop.

Non caring staff and service
this is a scam, first due to the COVID 19, between march and april, the spaces were not allowed to take in people. So they promised to give me some credit of free usage of three month, and then in May they asked me they won't do it anymore. This business has no ethics of what they have promised. run by the liars!!!They argued my free extension has to be accepted by me, otherwise it was canceled. How absurd and non-sense!!!! AVOID!!!They had no interest nor sincerity to solve anything!!!!Here's their absurd reply shows that had no interest to assist, also waste time to argue with them since they will NOT help you!!!Hello, "I hope that you are well. My name is Staci and I'm a member of Sandra's customer service team. She's asked that I reach out to you regarding your concerns. After reviewing your account, I can see where we did send you the COVID offers back in May but we never received a response from you until July and by that time, we were no longer providing those offers.I do see that your agreement is terminated. Please know that you can still access our services until that last day." Thank you,
Hello,We've checked your account and there are some things we would like to clear up. You were sent a COVID offer on May 15th, which you never responded to. When we did hear from you again on July 7th, we were no longer offering that special assistance. I will have a senior team member reach out to you to discuss this in more detail. If you need anything else, you can reach me at sandra.melody@spacesworks.com.Warmest regards,Sandra MelodyHead of Customer Service

Avoid.
Rented an office on a 12-month lease from Spaces in Washington. Renewed for another year. A week before the second year was about to start, receive an email telling me the entire office is closing and we have one week to get everything out. Spaces then bills me for my next month's rent, even though the office is closing. Hours and hours spent trying to find someone to speak with about getting my rent refunded and my security deposit back. TWO MONTHS LATER, I finally get everything back minus a $155 cleaning fee taken from my deposit, even though the Spaces office closed.
Hi, we apologise for any inconvenience you’ve experienced following the closure of your Spaces center in Washington. A center closure can be a frustrating experience for customers and it’s something we try to avoid wherever possible. We understand that you'd have appreciated greater notice and apologize if, on this occasion, we couldn’t provide it.I would like to make the relevant enquiries and take steps to prevent the situation from happening again. However your post is anonymous, which prevents me from checking the details.I’d like to help. Can you contact me directly on sandra.melody@regus.com? Covid-19 case confirmed positive at Spaces London Victoria centre (IWG group)there was a Covid-19 case Confirmed positive on 20 Oct 2020 at Spaces Victoria centre , the person who infected the Coronavirus was setting in the reception area, there is indoor public area and nobody was wearing face masks, I understand that people do need work but please wear face masks in a indoor public area, as we need use the public area as well and we have paid for . and the government policy clearly states that wear a face covering: on public transport and in many indoor spaces, you must wear a face covering by law, unless you are exempt, IWG group, Spaces, please follow the law to get all people to wear face mask and ask all recitalist to stay home for self-isolation.in addition, all the people who were sitting in the reception area yesterday should not come to the centre within 14 days and they need to stay home for self -isolation.

Worst company to deal with
Worst company to deal with. They over charge your account- do not refund. They don’t apply the credits on to your account when you paid in advance. The receptionists charge your account with other fees and incorrectly misapply other members fees on your account . Waste of time!
Hi Neha,Transparency is key to us so we apologise for any confusion in relation to your billing. I have reviewed your accounts for you and can see that any credit balances you had have already been refunded to you. Please be reminded that there were also incorrect bookings made by your team but we assisted and had this resolved for you.We have now sent you a detailed reconciliation of your accounts which should clarify that the additional charges on your team’s accounts are due to them exceeding the maximum allowance chosen for your Memberships (you can also find booking history, invoices, and statement online at www.myspacesworks.com).We shall await your response before being able to clarify any pending concerns. Do not be drawn in by branded pencils…
Do not be drawn in by branded pencils and 'Pizza Tuesdays'. I should have gone with my gut and avoided a Regus-owned business. The recent articles in all the major newspapers exactly mirror my experience during Covid - this is a business with unethical and immoral trading practices with a long track record of forcing the hand of landlords and tenants alike. We were offered no support during Covid, only a deferral if we signed a longer lease. The sales team were ill-informed and pushy, and frequently forgot what they had told me before trying to sell in new packages or make me commit to a longer lease. To read in the press (The Sunday Times, 4th Oct for just one of many examples) that Mark Dixon the CEO is using insolvency threats to get rent reductions on Regus/Spaces building comes as no surprise, but it's a bitter pill to swallow when he goes on to say it would be "too complicated" to pass any savings on to their customers. Customers who are predominately small and growing independent businesses and entrepreneurs who are grappling to survive this year but who the economy needs if we have any chance of a recovery.Shame on you Spaces - you deserve all the negative press and reviews you are receiving.
Hi Neil,Thank you for speaking with us today and for sharing your feedback.I appreciate you’re disappointed and it is unfortunate you felt that the relief offers we provided to you were unsuitable. They were made in good faith and carefully designed to provide the maximum benefit per customer whilst also ensuring the sustainability of our own business so that we can continue to be here to support you.Whilst this matter now be closed, should there be anything that we can assist you with in the future then please do not hesitate to contact us.We wish you well.Best, Sandra Melody Head of Customer Services

NEVER EVER USE THE SERVICES OF THIS…
NEVER EVER USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL ONLY ROB YOU OF YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEYYou will never be able to get ahold of them through the contact numbers they put on their website, particularly the one on OXFORD ST. They will block your email address if they get tired of getting your emails and they will never respond. Total waste of time and money! They charged me over £2,000 for memberships that my workers nor I have never even used because of the pandemic. Despite several pleas for them to freeze my account due to the epidemic, the pleas all fell onto deaf ears.I contacted their company to ask if they can freeze my membership ever since the pandemic began and have cancelled all three memberships that I have including my team's memberships, but they continued charging my card! I wasn't even aware of this until I checked my bank statements and investigated! When I got back to their company in June to use their services (mostly because I haven't seen them charging my card without my consent), I expressly informed them that I would only reactivate "my own account" and there's no need to reactivate my team's membership. Yet, I still saw some charges from their company that are unknown and that I did not agree to.What's worse is that they also charged me for the months when my and my team's accounts were inactive and cancelled! Despite several attempts to communicate and ask what the charges were for, they never got back to me even with an email. They clearly don't have an explanation. So, please save yourselves from the trouble and never get a membership from them. Utterly despicable!

Unfortunately this isn't going to be a…
Unfortunately this isn't going to be a positive review. To start out on a good note, I have to mention that the location and decor are great. Theoffice spaces is 30 seconds from Queen Street station, and the decor from the lobby to theinterior of the office spaces is very clean, modern and professional. Unfortunately this iswhere the positive section of my review ends.We moved in to our first office in this center on March 1st 2020. Upon arrival, myself and theArea Manager at the time had to setup the office to my specification as this had not beendone for me (despite my specifying weeks ahead of move in and paying a £70 setup fee).Shortly after this I was informed that our electric door lock was broken, pending repair andcould not be used, the door must be left ajar when leaving the office. Whilst this posed arisk, given that we have multiple trading setups as well as confidential company informationin the office, we overlooked it and were just excited to be getting setup in our new Space. The center team were very apologetic as this was out of their control, they had sent arequest to head office which has not been answered. The center team offered us a free lunchor a meeting room to use for a day as compensation. They tried their best in this aspect andI appreciated that.Moving on from this, things were okay until we decided to upgrade to a larger space. (NowI'd like to note that we are in the midst of a pandemic and I'm sure this adds to the workload of the Center team, respecting this, we did get a card and a bottle of bubbly for them asa thank you.) I was informed by the center team that they could not provide an invoice forthe first payment for the new space and that I should bank transfer £4200. Given that thisfigure was not coupled with (ex VAT) or provided on an invoice, I assumed that this was theamount I should pay. And so I did. It would not be until one month later that I would beinformed I owed a further roughly £1300. Of course I was shocked and raced down to thecenter team to settle the issue. Upon arrival I was informed by the center team that it was"not our job to explain these numbers to you". As a business owner, being informed that youowe money, without an invoice to back it up, this was very stressful. Eventually myself andmy accountant concluded that I had been misinformed and given numbers ex VAT withoutthis being stipulated. The center team could and should have simply explained that theyprovided incorrect figures, but they did not see it as their responsibility. This was hurtfulgiven that I felt I had developed a positive working relationship with them, and now felt like Iwas not of any importance whatsoever.Upon moving into our new space, the office has not been freshly painted, despite theprevious tenants being charged a restoration fee for this to be done. The center teamexplained that the contractors could not do the work due to Lockdown restrictions and Iunderstand that. This in itself was not the issue. We moved into our new space on May 1st,the beginning of August contractors came in to paint the walls. The issue arose when we decided to move out a few weeks back, we were invoiced for a restoration fee? Now againthis is procedure but given the circumstances and the fact the walls had only been "restored"a couple of weeks prior, I found the £398 a tough pill to swallow. The next issue - Late payment fee. Each month our payments were on time and to the correct amount. However last month, ourinvoice arrived whilst we were changing banks, so I informed the Center Team of the bankchange, and that the payment may be a few days late.I was a little dismayed to be hit with £144 late payment fee the following day.Now I decided to raise these complaints to customer service and phoned Regus directly.Unfortunately the customer service representative and myself had difficulty understandingone another, there was a slight language barrier which was not an issue whilst greeting oneanother, however when getting into the 'nitty gritty' it did become difficult. I felt thiscomplaint fell on deaf ears, as weeks later I had still heard nothing. Today I phoned in againand explained the situation, again I was speaking with a customer service representative whostruggled to understand my complaint. All in all, my experience has been frustrating and very stressful, as a young business ownertrying to grow and expand I did not feel like I was prioritized and after speaking to several ofmy neighbors in the office, they feel the same. From the very inefficient chain of command,to the lack of transparency and clarity. I am one of several tenants who have left spaces inthe past year. And I won't be the last.
Hi and thank you for speaking with us today.I am sorry that you felt the need to escalate your disappointment; your centre team have done their utmost to assist you since joining us.It is unfortunate that mechanisms, such as your electronic door, can fail sometimes but it has been fixed for some months now. Whilst the works were being completed, we offered you alternative secure spaces to work but this was declined. Additionally, we provided you with goodwill gestures as acknowledgment for any inconvenience caused, which you gladly accepted.Whilst your local team tried to assist you with your account queries, please be reminded that we provide all customers with the ability to manage their accounts independently through their online account, www.myspacesworks.com. You opted to upgrade and relocate offices in May but as this was the height of the pandemic, there were understandably delays as the contractors were unable to work in your new office; you accepted the situation nonetheless and moved in. Then at the earliest opportunity, your office was fully restored. We provide this office restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. Albeit late (outside of our control), the restoration service was applied to your office for your arrival and again after your departure hence the fee that you have received. The late fees from your August invoice are a result of your payment delays since May. Please note that when invoices are not paid on time, late payment fees are automatically charged. We operate a worldwide network of offices around the world and pride ourselves on ensuring in providing support in all local languages including all agents speaking a high-level of English. After reviewing the communications you had with our specialised team, whilst we appreciate your feedback, we do not share the similar concerns you have raised. We have already contacted you directly and will continue to clarify any pending concerns.Best,Sandra Melody Head of Customer Services

Great Concept but Poor Management and Unprofessional Staff
As a member, I've experienced the poor communication and management others have written about. The staff can be very friendly but doesn't receive sufficient training and acts unprofessionally. The worst I have experienced is that they will break your lease and kick you out if someone is willing to pay more or if they just decide that the location is not profitable enough. This happened to me and many other small businesses in September 2020 when they suddenly decided to force everyone out of their Hell's Kitchen location in New York. That location was beautiful and very large (above 10,000 sqf). They ended my agreement 10 months before the end of the term despite paying every month early. They did not provide any explanation, not even a phone call (the notice came in an automated email) and gave only a two-week notice to leave the building. The onsite staff claimed they had no idea what was going on. That's either a lie or very poor management from their corporate office to not let your own employees know of the situation and hurt small businesses without offering any compensation.
Hi Michael,Spaces do not "kick out" our customers for the reasons that you mentioned. If our customer's default, then we do follow a legal process of collections, but nothing like what you've stated. We are a professional, legal, and ethical run company. Unfortunately, we are unable to locate your account. Can you please email me at sandra.melody@spacesworks.com and provide me with your company name and account number?I look forward to speaking with you.Sandra MelodyHead of Customer Service

I don’t have a single good thing to say…
I don’t have a single good thing to say about this business.Their locations are crowded and unsanitary. Their contracts are draconian and their billing practices are unethical. If you are considering coworking, avoid this business at all cost.
Hi Phil,While everyone is entitled to their own opinion, we don't agree with your statements. Spaces is a legal and ethical run company. Our locations are not unsanitary, as we follow government outlines when it comes to COVID and keeping our staff and customers safe so that they can Have a Great Day at Work! We would like the opportunity to address your concerns, but we're unable to locate your account. Can you please email me at sandra.melody@spacesworks.com with your account number and company name?I look forward to speaking with you.Sandra MelodyHead of Customer Service

10 years’ excellent service
We rented our house through SAB for 10 years before selling. Excellent service throughout. They used reliable, reasonable trades people for jobs needed. Property was almost never empty for over a week between tenants. Took a balanced view with tenants’ requests.
We are glad to hear you were happy with the service provided over many years.

The worst company I had ever to deal…
The worst company I had ever to deal with. Appalling customer services, outrageous invoicing, dishonest and oblivious to any claim and concerns. To avoid absolutely.
Hi Ariane,I understand that your agreement has ended and you are waiting for your retainer refund, however, your final invoice remains unpaid and your belongings are still occupying your workspace, resulting in it being unusable for other customers. We will be happy to continue to assist you but ask that you collect your belongings as soon as possible and settle the owed amounts. To process your refund when possible, for security reasons, you need to request this one online; simply log into your online account (i.e. www.myspacesworks.com), select End Agreement, where a specific section for the refund request is available. We will then confirm your payment date and amount. You should receive your refund within 30 days.Thank you for your understanding.Best,Sandra Melody Head of Customer Services

Conversion from Regus to Spaces poorly handled
Our office recently converted from Regus to Spaces and the billing was screwed up and after 5 years as a customer always paying on time for two companies, I was charged late fees that weren't my fault and they refuse to reverse them -- great customer service.Disregard the sweet sounding note below, because they don't listen.
Hi Frank,Our invoices are payable no later than on the 18th day of the month. If paid late, your account will incur a late fee. As displayed in your online statement, your invoice 5130-256 was due on 6/18/2020 and was paid on 7/15/2020, and as a result, your account with us has incurred a late payment fee. We do understand that it can take time to set-up payments. You can save this time by arranging automated payments to avoid incurring late fees. Setting up a direct debit or credit card payment is extremely easy. You can log onto your online account and visit the Accounts/Payment method section to adjust your settings. You’ll still receive your invoices well before the payment date, giving you time to review them and if needed, seek clarification. Please drop me a line at Sandra.melody@spacesworks.com if I can support with anything else. Thank you for your business, Sandra Melody Head of Customer Services
