SPACES IRVINE AT THE QUAD is COOL.This location is great with easy access to the freeway and FREE PARKING. The team members are phenomenal. They are always smiling with positive energy. Thank you for that. It has a great cafe with fresh coffee, tea, sandwiches and salads. There are many desks and places to work. It is wide and airy. Great music playing as well. I highly recommend it. Thanks SPACES!

My major complaint with Spaces is making contact with any element of Customer Services and Accounts online. The web site is designed to prevent customers from having any verbal contact at all with the Head office functions. This is especially the case with Accounts, who constantly mess up but are almost impossible to contact. They slap late charges on your account when often it is their mistake.The Front of House Staff at Spaces are really EXCELLENT. However, they are so poorly represented by the back office and Corporate functions.

A year ago you could find me at the Library or Starbucks trying to get my book store off the ground. So when covid-19 hit I was soo frighten about where I would work. And then I found Spaces. My little book business went from 0 to making a few sales per month to now almost a sale per day. Spaces positive encouraging environment has helped my business to grow. And I am looking forward to scaling it even further in 2021. Thank You Soo Much!

This is by far the most HEARTLESS, money-grabbing business I've ever dealt with. You should be ashamed at how your billing & admin department handles your customers. Absolutely terrifying.Have a look through their reviews, starting at my location in "Uptown" Victoria BC. I'm not the only one to think this way.Update: Get this: they finally emailed me just to tell me that they can't terminate my "agreement" early. This is the very 2nd year agreement they FORCED me into now. Wow. Highly unethical and deceitful.

Experience at Hammersmith, Chiswick and Ealing terrible, rude staff. The other sites in London much better and great centres to work. We eventually moved to the nearby co-working space after repeated issues with one of the centre managers

Spaces is a great place! It honestly inspires me to think outside the box and get work done. The entire staff is AMAZING and I love the actual space. It's so fun, everyone is nice, it's great to Collab and meet others (even throughout the pandemic safely). They take safety and cleanliness so serious as well. Plus, the fact we get access to other locations is perfect.

The environment is good except the air conditioner. We can't have our own personal air conditioner panel in each office to adjust the temperature however we want. Most of time we have to ask the receptionists to do it on behalf of us and result in keeping them busy. Moreover, when we work really late and even work during Weekend, the air conditioner is shut down out of the business hour. In this case we have to open the door from leaving us stuffy and also creates another risk of worrying someone else would disturb our work in the late night or weekend. Some one has taught me how to turn on and shut down each office's air-con in the console in front of the reception desk. Currently I always do it my own after business hour in order to keep my office door closed and focus on my work. It is really surprising that in the high standard shared office like yours lacks the individual air-con panel in each room in the such high level of rent like yours.

My experience with Spaces is fantastic. I could suggest a few things though:1. No cleaning during lunch hours (12-14) in the lunch areas- the smell of Clorox associated with food is unpleasant. 2. A notice in advance regarding certain events (filming for ex.) that would take place at my floor or in the common area, because I might have meetings planned. 3. A 'meet and greet' event with a minimum number of people would be nice.
