GoogleBest letting agency I’ve used. Lived in a flat for 2 years, both SAB and the landlords were super responsive and fixed any issues we had straight away, usually within the same day! Would definitely recommend.

Your cleaning lady is very nice and friendly. She proactively tell me the coffee machine is not fully functioning, however I can use the milk instead. She always keeps those area clean since my first visit few months ago.

Update 08/23/2023Still have not recieved a refund and worse they tried to charge me again for the month of September. Luckily I had canceled the card on file or they would have scammed me out of another $325. You will regret giving any payment details to or signing up with this company for any service. It will be such a hassle to cancel or get any resolution.Original:on 07/30/2023 I purchased a 1 month coworking membership. I soon found out it was nothing like advertised so I proceeded to cancel. They would not refund me and worse they told me I needed to pay for another month. This company will try and scam you. I would not purchase any services from them. I have had to resort to disputing charges with my credit card company to get this resolved.

The term you agreed to was month to month which you ended correctly, through your online account on 8 August, meaning the final date was 30 September. A member of my team contacted you several times in regards to your complaint but you did not answer. For you to leave our emails unanswered, not giving us a chance to investigate then come on to a public site stating that we “will try and scam you” is insulting, untrue and libelous. The atmosphere is very conducive to productivity. It's actually the best work environment I have had in nearly 40 years of working. Maureen and Nick are great. My only complaint is that I wish there were ergonomic chairs. The furniture looks great, but isn't ideal for sitting all day.

Pathetic... Aweful. So unhygenic. [Arlington Business Park Theale]Not sure from where to start with.. I wonder what if they start to put the pictures of their shared kitchen instead of the paid cafeteria on their website... people are gonna run away.1. They don't have a microwave2. On an average not more than 10 spoons in kitchen3. The drinking glass have salt marks all over.4. Hardly any cups to make coffee..5. Printer never works6. So many time we had no soaps and issue roll in the toilets7. Noisy, very noisy, no sound proofing8. Emptying the dustbins can be missed several times.9. One word for reception is "arrogant". They will never solve any problems, just give excuses
