I like how everything is clean and how the atmosphere is relaxing. The lighting is great too. I like the good coffee available. is there any reason why theres not a microwave? Would it help if there was a self checkin for spacious because sometimes reception is busy etc.

The layout, display, and furnishings of the common areas were effective and easy to use.On the other hand, there was no advance notice of the rent bill and its payment due date before it was due, and late fees were paid.

The rent agreement MOS/SP/087/2022 was terminated on the initiative of Regus 30.06.23, almost 2 months have passed, but the deposit has not been returned so far.

Googleworst agency ever. I would not recommend them to anyone even my enemies. They never responded to my quires, and I have a feeling that I am not welcomed to speak to them, not sure why. It is the same experience every time.

Very supportive Agency and helped me in around three instances instantly during my stay when help was required (like fixing heater, giving substitute heater while the main heater was fixed). The offboardingprocess was also quite smooth. Definitely one of the best Agency in UK

GoogleWorst experience ever with such agency. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent anything with such people. We rented a house, we had so many problems with one person, Antonio Berruezo, police was also involved at all times. Previously many tenants had to also leave because of this person. Agency didn’t do anything about it. They never took care of our safety or any good condition at all for us to be living in a ok place but just asking for rent at the end of each month. They just care about ripping you out. Worst experience of my entire life. Had to leave property two months in advance but still paying for it. They didn’t care but sending me emails all day asking for money. Such a disgrace.
The agent is not party to the tenancy agreement however did everything possible to assist. The landlord also tried but it was extremely limited. Tenants on a jointed a severally liable tenancy agreement can best be described as a family, and it is not for a landlord or agent to get involved in a family dispute. The rental amount is one total sum and not set out in the tenancy agreement as individual amounts per person. The landlord therefore requested the full rent to be paid for each months the property was occupied. Advise was given where possible including which authorities to involved where appropriate.

GoogleBest letting agency I’ve used. Lived in a flat for 2 years, both SAB and the landlords were super responsive and fixed any issues we had straight away, usually within the same day! Would definitely recommend.
