It's horrible they can't make up their mind if the property is taken or not. This has happened twice, why show me a property if you had no idea of giving it out? I could clearly see it available on the site.

Spaces Dock road Junction would be nothing without Alida and Waseemah… the team is absolutely awesome and make for the perfect space for our company and I’m sure many others.The ladies are always helpful, human and professional. The phone room has no air vent. Please open an air vent in phone room, store handwash liquid (effective to kill COVID), enable door to be wide open after use (but door is automatically closed). This phone room needs to be remodeled to prevent COVID transfer from one to another

Spaces in Houston (Kirby Grove) is a ridiculous arrogant managed company that does not allow you to get in touch with anybody else then the lady working in the reception. This makes it impossible to discuss Office, contract and terms.I will never rent from Spaces again and will push for termination in all countries we rent from Spaces.
