GoogleWe've used SAB for over ten years to manage the renting of our house near Cambridge. During that time their business has clearly grown but we haven't noticed any difference in the quality of service. There is always one Property Manager assigned to our case and they have always been very efficient in answering our queries and requests, informing us about any problems reported by the tenants and organising any repairs that need doing. They have also kept us up to date with changing legal requirements and arranged the necessary actions.
Initially we were worried that renting our home to strangers would inevitably lead to difficulties, but so far the experience has been pretty much painless and without doubt we have SAB to thank for that, they are an indispensable help. We wouldn't dream of trying to do without them.

GoogleSince taking on our property a few years ago, SAB have managed it efficiently, handling any issues that arise professionally and as quickly as possible. They have a good network of local firms to rectify the typical rental problems (such as painters, decorators, plumbers, electricians, roofers etc) that are reasonably priced and reliable. They have had to handle a couple of tricky tenants, one who thought it was OK to drill a large hole through the wall and install a dryer in the garden (!!) so it should be noted that this isn't such an easy job as one may think.

GoogleIn my experience Saint Andrews Bureau are a superb property management company. They have managed my residential property in Cambridge for the last 19 years and when I bought a second property 3 years ago I placed it with them too. The service is exceptional and all the staff (in particular, Claire Baron) are excellent. They do a great job for me as the landlord and my tenants love them too. In the past I have dealt with other property management companies and they don't hold a candle to SAB. I cannot recommend them highly enough if you are a landlord.

Far out, do not sign a contract with SpacesWorks. They owe me thousands of euros and I cannot get a response from them.My contract has ended, but they continue to charge me every single month! And I still haven't received my deposit even though my contract ended months ago.I will have to open an investigation with my bank to get this resolved because their customer service is non-existent.To add to that, my company moved from Paris to New York and I asked to be transferred to the SpacesWorks office in New York, but they wouldn't let me!! So I paid for over 6 months for an unused office space in Paris because I wasn't allowed to transfer to the New York office. Are you kidding me!?I will be telling everyone I know not to go here.What an absolute disaster of a company.

I fully agree with Luiza's review. Spaces is Regus and I should have known better having read all the negative reviews about them. I was even advised by a random guy on the street (a lawyer), as I was visiting a Regus office, to stay away from them.My situation with Spaces: had a 3 month contract with them. They were always billing 1.5 months in advance. When I asked to cancel they billed me one more month ("system error") then they charged £600 exit fee for vacating the premises ("system error") and now, 4 months later, they still haven't refunded me my initial deposit. Every email to their abysmal customer service (guess what, Regus') takes two weeks to get a response - yet no resolution. It's only £180 but I guess I'll end up taking them to court - that's no way to treat a customer. And it's a shame, for what it's worth the service (while it worked) was great.
