GoogleI used RMS Jesmond to find a tenant for our flat in Newcastle. From on the onset Cristy and team have been clear, helpful and proactive. The entire sign up, marketing, tenant finding and tenant processing (referencing and contracting) has been smooth and seamless. I was able to get a good tenant with an uplift on our rental income within 2 weeks of the property being emptied.

Had a brilliant experience from start to finish with Rook Matthews Sayers in Ashington. Alistair Bowman and the ladies in the branch were all brilliant.Alistair from the off was really engaged and listened to my needs, and then in really good time found the perfect mortgage for me. He kept me informed throughout with regular updates, even if it was just a no-info check in but just to say things were still in progress and on track. At every turn he was there to keep us informed and most importantly kept his promise with everything along the way in terms of updates, agreed phone calls, and any general requirements.The ladies in the branch were also brilliant, they also kept me informed throughout, and every time I rang in and asked them to to organise things like additional viewings or general info updates they treat me like a priority, they always acted on the ask and kept me informed within a decent time, again even if they couldn't get in touch with the seller they would give me a quick courtesy call to let me know they have tried but left message and will chase accordingly. Overall I couldn't fault the whole team and the experience received from start to finish was nothing short of brilliant.Thank you all I really did appreciate all your support.

I couldn't have asked for more from the Jesmond branch in Newcastle. For my first time moving from a property, Marie (Jesmond branch) made everything seem so effortless and alleviated the anxiety and stress I was inevitably experiencing when moving from a property. Every time I spoke to any one at the branch, they were super friendly and my query was dealt with swiftly.If I could give 6 stars I would! Brilliant service, love a very happy seller. ❤

I recently bought a flat through RMS in Jesmond. Kevin and Marie were brilliant, excellent communication throughout the whole process. They are responsive and listened and acted when issues arose. You can tell there is good communication within the team- calls are returned promptly and when Kevin was on holiday there was always someone else who was available to help and who knew the current situation. 12 weeks from offer to completion, even with the xmas break, very happy, thank you!
