I have been dealing with Robinsons Estate Agents for a number of years now, they have been managing my rented property. There are a number of estate agents that could do this, and I have tried most of them, what makes Robinsons different is the staff, in particular Clare Nellis, she was always there if a problem arose and in most cases she had the problem sorted without my intervention, but always kept me informed, a true asset to the company.

Robinsons Estate Agents Sedgefield. On first meeting the branch manager, Ryan, I was impressed with his professionalism and local knowledge of the housing market. He came across as a very good representative of the company that you know you could trust to sell your home. Such was the confidence gained with him when undertaking the property appraisal, the decision was made to utilise Robinsons to sell the property. Also special mention to Sharon who did a very good job expediting the various parties in the housing chain and was in constant contact providing updates. Any phone calls or emails to the office were responded to quickly and answers obtained. I would not hesitate in recommended this estate agency, all the staff are professional and a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleWe are extremely pleased with the staff of the Chester le Street branch. We contacted the branch to request any information of a property of our choice coming onto the market which they did so and we have now moved into our a property we wished for. The staff worked hard to complete the purchase. Thank you.
