Sedgefield BranchThe team were always happy to help, kept me informed of progress at every opportunity and were warm and friendly. Ryan was really informative and on how the process would work moving forward when coming out to complete a valuation of the property and again very friendly. Both Sharon and Danni have been extremely helpful throughout the process too providing excellent customer service and were always happy to help and very accommodating. GoogleGood to have a family run business without the 'Corporate' methods. Good feedback from viewings. Property sale stalled due to Probate issues, although still confident in achieving a sale when we have 'Grant of Probate' approved.
Thank you, its so very important to us as a Family Run and Owned Business to receive such great feedback, many clients believe "Corporate" methods is the only option when selling their home but a truly independent business that has its owners on the ground floor would always be something that I would choose whatever industry sector you find yourself in.

Don’t bother with these sharks kept my bond money stating things were broken that weren’t and we’re fully working order when we left after the £45k + I’d paid in rent over the time I was there this leaves a bitter taste in my mouth

I want to provide you with a clear explanation regarding the status of your bond.As you may remember, your lease agreement outlined the terms and conditions for the return of the bond. These conditions typically involve ensuring the property is left clean, undamaged, and well-maintained, and that all rent and financial obligations are up to date.Following your departure, our team conducted a thorough inspection of the property to evaluate its condition. This evaluation was shared with our client. Unfortunately, they identified some issues with their property that they would like addressing, specifically concerning repairs and cleaning, before they can agree to any part of the bond being released.To ensure a fair resolution, we are currently addressing these concerns with our client. Our team will promptly handle any outstanding issues. Once the costs are accounted for, we will work towards resolving the situation for you. If a resolution cannot be reached between you and our client, we can involve the Tenancy Dispute Service for an assessment.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter. I would like to thank the excellent team at the Bishop Auckland branch of Robinsons. Lynn, Allyson and Jamie-Lee deserve high praise for their professional and knowledgeable attitude which was delivered in a friendly and polite manner. House was sold within 24 hours of marketing and I was quickly informed of every step of the sale process and any questions i had were answered straight away. My husband and I recently sold our property using Robinsons Sedgefield and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience! We had quotes for the sale of our property from various estate agents in our local area, but the most important part to us was finding an agent who was genuine and affable. Our first encounter with the branch was meeting Ryan when he came to our home, from the moment we got talking we knew this was the right company for us; his knowledge of the local area, experience of sales, and his kind and helpful demeanor were so reassuring and exactly what we were looking for. He was honest about the figure we could expect for our property, thoroughly explained everything the company and branch would do, and allayed any anxiety we had about selling our home.Our main point of contact throughout the duration of the sale was Danni, who has been fantastic. She is so approachable, knowledgeable, supportive and an absolute credit to the branch! Any questions, problems, or even just worries, she has been there throughout; constantly on the ball juggling both emails and phone calls. This was our first time selling a property as well as purchasing a new one, so the whole situation was quite daunting; the idea of having to rely on a sale to complete a new purchase was very nerve-wracking, but Danni was there to hold my hand and guide us throughout, which I am beyond grateful for! She made the whole process so much easier, and has honestly been a delight to deal with.I would also like to give thanks to Sharon, we haven't had as much contact with her but she is absolutely lovely, always so friendly and helpful whenever we have spoken on the phone and genuinely a wonderful member of staff! We could not be happier with the exceptional service we received from Robinsons Sedgefield, we highly recommend both the company itself, but most importantly, the staff in the branch.
