TrustpilotWe sold out house through Robinson…
We sold our house through Robinson Michael and Jackson and through the sale, we had to do a few showing around ourselves, and eventually sold our house. after showing our house, the buyers gazumped us for £7500. RMJ did not fight our corner or even push for proof of wrongful valuation and only cared about their commission. They called us straight after Christmas to say there was a problem with the valuation, but no real resolution to the reason why there was a problem. We payed RMJ £7000for the sale of our house, with no backup what so ever and very little support in the sale of the house. Use another estate agent...
