GoogleGreat experience letting our property. Found a good tennant very quickly - on the first day of viewings. Gave us a good overview of timescales and figures. Nikki, Kelly, Michaela and Stacey were very efficient and the whole experience was fuss free.

GoogleAlarm at a vacant property they manage was beeping for weeks. I reported it twice and was told it was “not their problem” despite the noise affecting neighbouring properties. Very dismissive attitude and poor management of a basic issue If you are not involved with the property, remove your signboard and contact details from outside the house and stop representing to people that you are selling it
