GoogleAs first time buyers we didn’t really know anything about the process of buying a house but the whole team and RMJ were so helpful and made the process as simple as it could be, Angela especially was incredibly helpful, always phoning us with updates and chasing solicitors to try and get everything moving. Very grateful for such a friendly team!

GoogleThanks to Kaia for a smooth viewing in Chatham this weekend in February 2026. She was punctual and professional, but more importantly, she didn't rush us through the rooms, which made the whole thing feel really relaxed. Kudos 👍
New update by August 2026!!! 🔽
We've ended up putting an offer on another lovely home listed by Robinson, Michael & Jackson and the service has been rapid and efficient. Kiran has been instrumental in ensuring everything is processed seamlessly for us even issuing a memorandum of sale within 24 hours of our offer being accepted, highly responsive and great communication too. Thanks for making our dream come true.

GoogleWe are Neo and Alex and would like to take a moment to leave review for a recent property viewing were greeted by Kiran. She made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing and gave us the time and space to examine the property carefully, without ever creating the feeling that we were being rushed.
Kiran was also friendly, pleasant, and easy to communicate with, striking a balance that is not always common in property viewings: professional while remaining approachable and personable.
We felt that her conduct reflected very positively on your agency, and we wanted to ensure that this feedback was passed on and recognised.
