Finding a tenant can be a stressful experience, but thanks to Ellie, Kelly and Stacey at Robinson Michael & Jackson Rainham & Gillingham, the entire process from start to finish was smooth and hassle-free. RMJ was incredibly professional and efficient throughout the entire process. I was kept informed every step of the way. They are always available to answer my questions and address any concerns promptly. RMJ handled everything from listing the apartment to managing showings, tenant selection, and lease signing. They took the stress out of the process, allowing me to focus on other things. I highly recommend RMJ to anyone looking to find a tenant for their property. Not even sure where to start and who to praise first! Came across one of their properties, called to book a viewing, everything went smooth and easy with follow up emails and text messages ( amazing if you have a busy life ! ). The day before viewing the property they told me they have another property within my budget just around the corner and they suggested a viewing which i accepted. Viewing the property i booked myself for i was disappointed as it wasnt for me but when i walked into the property they recommended it was the ideal one! Things are only getting better now… On the day of the viewing i ve submitted my offer, couple of hours later got accepted and then slowly they worked their magic: - couple of extra viewings - excellent communication via email with same day ( most times ) or next day responses - helped with viewings for contractors to check the property for future works while i was abroad with work - chased up sellers solicitors and kept me in the loop on latest updates and what was needed from my solicitors Now with exchange done and heading into completion i wish to say thank you not only to Reece who is the Brand manager and Charley who was dealing with the processing of the deal but to all the staff that accommodated my late viewings and text messages updates Thank you all

Went through Robinson Michael & Jackson at the Gravesend branch to sell my parents property following their passing. Andy and the team showed from the start compassion and understanding, knowing the difficulties of selling your family home of over 69 years. Never having had to go through this, the team, in particular Jo, Tammy, Nicola, Ryan and of course Andy, explained the process with Probate involved. Apart from a few hiccups along the way, no fault of RMJ, they kept in regular contact and updates of how the sale was progressing. They are very professional and efficient in what they do. Happily recommend and will use them again when need arises without hesitation.

Went through Robinson Michael & Jackson at the Gravesend brnach to purchase our first home. Though the process took a while to get over the line, our interactions with Jo, Ben, Nicola, Ryan and all other staffs at this branch has been exceptional to day the least. They are very professional and efficient in what they do. There communication is second to none, you never have to worry about missing anything because if you do, someone from the team will be getting in touch with you sooner ragher than later to make sure you are well informed. All in all, amazing service and I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family looking to purchase a property.

We are highly satisfied with the excellent service from RMJ Rainham office, when we recently sold our house. Special thanks to Learna Smith for a fantastic job of marketing our property, and getting a quick sale at a better price than I expected. What more can you ask for from an estate agent. The whole office works well as a team too: phone calls are answered by real people (not constant voicemail) and messages are passed on promptly and efficiently. I'd like to share my experience with Robinson Michel&Jackson selling my property. At the beginning I had a meeting with Lily and understood all about my selling process and fees.(no hidden fees what so ever). Jo was really helpful through out my Exchange and completion. she chased up my solicitors and updated me every week and speed up the process. thank her :) Very friendly team and responsible. My only mistake was chosen online solicitor instead of get recommended solicitors from Robinson Michel&Jackson. (as I was on chain I lost quite long time because they were slow on procedure). We sold our house through Robinson, Michael and Jackson. It completed today. I cannot recommend them enough! They supported us right from deciding a price to market our property to the completion. Nina Nash, our sales progressor was proactive at every stage and dealt with my impatience in the most professional and helpful way possible. Communication was perfect. Any bumps that came along (due to the chain of buyers) were dealt with by Nina in an efficient and timely manner and we are now at the end of our journey. I appointed RMJ to market a house which was the subject of probate. Despite this legal process taking far too long ( no fault of RMJ ! ) and the property being unoccupied, I have been impressed with RMJ's unfailing efforts in conducting viewings, arranging site visits, finding a buyer and then ensuring that all parties were kept fully informed throughout. There is a good team at the office but I would particularly like to mention Jo Rossiter who has been my main point of contact and with her thoroughly professional handling and extremely personable approach the sale is now complete.
