GoogleWe had no end of problems (our end) when it came to the move but the Ladies at Rainham really worked to sort it all out for us. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a property. GoogleThe Rainham girls team were absolutely amazing! Can't fault them for anything. Nikki and Ellie were on the ball constantly and were always a phone call away to help me if i had any queries. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to let their property!

I was unsure of exactly what I needed to do and I found Ellie and the rest of the team to be informative, professional and supportive throughout the process. They found a good number of suitable people for the unique property and Ellie assisted me every step of the way from viewings to finally choosing the right tenants. GoogleRMJ Rainham Branch managed the rental of my property. The repairs they arranged were expensive and the work was substandard, after the first two issues I managed all repairs myself even though I still paid a monthly fee. I was overcharged by £400.00 for the repairs they arranged. The error was only discovered by myself two years later. When I queried where my money had been for two years, I was told it was in a suspense account. I received aprox £42 compensation. Most questions I had were met with “well it’s a grey area”. It took 77 days to receive a reply to my complaint.
