GoogleA Big Big thank you to the team, Alfie, Xanthe, Millie & Fel!!! They made my whole experience smooth and easy to coordinate. The whole process was fast and efficient. From the beginning of the process, viewing the property to the collection of property key. Everything was such a pleasant experience and the whole team made sure I was given Daily updates. I felt very looked after and i had such a lovely experience, collecting the key and meeting both Millie & Fel who made sure the very last process was done with ease. Thank you for the lovely welcome gift! I will definitely recommend this company and this welcoming team. Thank you for everything

TrustpilotAbsolutely Outstanding, A Dream First-Time Buyer Experience!
As a first-time buyer, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Robinson Michael & Jackson Walderslade. From day one, Harry Thomas and Dallas Haley went above and beyond anything I expected. We never had to go house hunting, Harry proactively reached out with details and photos of a beautiful property. That level of personal care and initiative is incredibly rare. He arranged a private viewing almost immediately and made the entire process feel smooth, stress-free, and genuinely exciting. Both Harry and Dallas were available at every stage, always happy to answer questions and offer guidance, whether it was arranging viewings, chasing updates, or giving us honest advice when we needed it most. We’ve exchanged contracts and are now looking forward to completion, and I can confidently say that their support played a huge part in making this all happen. The professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness they showed throughout really stood out. It never felt like we were just another sale, it felt like they truly cared. If you're looking for an estate agent who genuinely puts your needs first and works tirelessly to make your home-buying journey as seamless as possible, this is the team to go with. Thank you so much Harry and Dallas, you made our first home purchase a memorable and positive experience. Highly, highly recommend!

TrustpilotFrustrating offer confirmation form
The viewings have all gone well and everyone seems happy, but when it comes to making an offer, there's a form that takes quite a bit of time to complete. It seems like only Robinson and Jackson require this, other agents usually just handle offers through a simple email exchange. I even spoke to someone at the agency to see if there was an alternative way to submit the offer, but they confirmed that using the form is their standard procedure. Honestly, I find it a bit frustrating, especially considering that most agents these days already have all the key information from buyers. Filling out the form felt unnecessarily time-consuming. I might even pray that the next property I’m interested in isn’t listed with them!

GoogleSecond time of using RMJ over the last 7 years, but just a different branch. Our house sale has just gone through and we are now in our new home after only 9 weeks! A few hiccups initially, but all ironed out quickly, and now we are happy to start our next adventure.

GoogleI just had to share that we had such a great experience with Robertson Jackson Lee Estate Agents, particularly Alfie Spike. Sometimes letting agents won’t even reply if you don’t fall under a specific criteria, but Alfie was constantly in contact, trying to find us a property. If a property was no longer available, he would quickly find the next one. The communication was constant, and his level of commitment was amazing. He was friendly, funny, and absolutely charming in person. Thank you! It’s rare to come across such excellent service, and we truly appreciate all the effort Alfie put in. Highly recommend!
