GoogleExtremely smooth and quick process! All the guys have been fantastic throughout, couldn’t have asked for more helpful and friendly people to deal with. Always responsive and ultimately very people first, which is a rarity these days. Special thank you to Alfie and Xanthe for all their help. Would highly recommend using this estate agents :)

TrustpilotKay at RMJ was amazing!!
We recently bought our new home through Robinson Michael Jackson and was extremely lucky to have Kay dealing with our case. It was a more complex transaction than normal and came with more than its fair share of challenges, but Kay was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. She worked tirelessly to keep things moving forward, constantly going above and beyond to resolve issues and keep us informed. Her communication was clear and consistent, and her determination to get things completed was genuinely fantastic.

TrustpilotAwful agents.
Awful agents. After giving them specific instruction not to contact a certain family member they went against my wishes and did so causing unnecessary issues and costing me money. One agent left my property door unlocked for weeks after a viewing. They failed to sell the property and I’m relieved to be rid of them.

TrustpilotI had a very bad experience with this…
I had a very bad experience with this agency, I applied for a property, they sent me a rental form, they told me I would receive an answer in 2-4 business days, 4 days passed and they told me absolutely nothing, then I called and they said that the owner had gone private (a lie), if I didn't call they weren't going to let me know, precious time for me, because during this time other agencies called me to view other houses, and I refused, thinking that we would be accepted, and after a few days when I go to the site, I still see the property there, and even more, other new pictures, so it's clear that it was a lie on their part, that the owner had gone private, I don't understand why these lies, why don't they tell me the reality, that you were refused and the reason why? ...as I said, very bad experience with them, not serious.
