GoogleWe’ve had a great experience with Robinson Jackson, and the whole process was very smooth so far. From the initial viewing, Byron Thompson was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. He was always prompt in answering our questions, including the follow up questions we had for the sellers, which we really appreciated. Once we put in our offer, the process continued to be straightforward and well organised. They made sure communication was clear throughout between us and the sellers, including making sure our specific requirements and conditions were communicated clearly with our offer. All of this has been particularly important to us as first time buyers, as buying a property can feel quite daunting when you’re going through the process for the first time. Having clear communication and someone who is responsive and helpful has made the experience much easier. Overall, positive experience with Robinson Jackson and would happily recommend them.
Dear Lanie, Thank you for taking the time to review our service at Robinson Jackson Sydenham and for your kind feedback. We are delighted to hear that Byron and the team have made your first property purchase such a positive experience so far. Buying your first home can feel daunting, so it is wonderful to know that Byron’s friendly and responsive approach, together with clear communication between you and the sellers, has helped make the process smooth and straightforward. Thank you for your recommendation and for placing your trust in Robinson Jackson. We look forward to continuing to support you through to completion and handing you the keys to your new home. GoogleI can’t thank Chloe at Robinson Jackson Estate Agents, Barnehurst branch, enough for all the support she gave me throughout the letting process. She was always kind, patient and understanding, and went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed it. Her guidance and reassurance made a difficult and stressful process feel much more manageable, and her support genuinely made a difference to me. I’m truly grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a letting agent who genuinely cares about her customers.

GoogleExcellent company to do business with for the selling of my house. All the staff at the Belvedere Branch were totally professional, helpful and always ready to answer any of my questions i had throughout the process of which there were many. A special mention has to go to George Bontoft who literally went above and beyond to help make the process as seamless as possible and was the calm voice of reason. I would have no problem recommending this company and especially the Belvedere Branch to anyone who is either buying or selling a property.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re delighted to hear that George and the Belvedere team were able to make the process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate your recommendation and wish you all the best in your new chapter!
