GoogleA complete waste of time. I had two viewings cancelled within 24 hours, one just a few hours before it was scheduled, apparently due to a "diary overlap," and the second because there was "no team available." With so many branches, you'd think someone from another nearby location could step in, especially when they’re only minutes apart.
What frustrated me the most was being called and asked when I could reschedule, as if the cancellations were my fault. I had booked time off work specifically for these viewings, only to be let down last minute, twice.
There seems to be an inconsistency in service depending on the branch you’re dealing with, which is incredibly frustrating. I’ve also had previous experiences where booking a viewing felt like begging. The worst part is spotting a new listing you’re interested in and then realising it’s with Robinson Jackson, it’s like a game of chess trying to guess what level of service you’ll receive.
Frankly, the whole experience felt unprofessional and immature. If you're going to cancel a viewing on the day, the least you can do is apologise, not casually say, "Unfortunately, we don't have anyone available, when can we rebook you?" Very disappointing.

You are right, where possible, we should be doing more to offer solutions, such as involving nearby branches or ensuring clearer communication around availability, but the other offices diaries are already planned out and due to unforeseen circumstances, this situation has arisen. I also want to acknowledge your point about how the situation was handled on the phone, this should have been approached with more consideration and care, and we will be putting training in place, so this does not happen again.
Please be assured that your comments have been taken seriously and will be shared with the wider team so we can reflect, learn, and improve. If you're open to it, I’d really like the opportunity to speak with you directly and see if there's anything we can do to put this right.
