We’ve just sold our property through Robinson & Jackson and were happy with the service throughout. The team was helpful and easy to work with, making the process smooth and straightforward. We’d especially like to thank Sapphire for all her help and support between the sale agreement and the completion. She was fantastic and made a real difference. We would rate the service 4.5 out of 5, only because we didn’t receive as many offers as we initially expected. Other than that, we were overall very satisfied with the experience.

We sold our property with Robinson Jackson Sydenham and was extremely impressed, especially with Saphire, the sales progressor. What started as a simple no chain sale turned into a 5-month struggle due to buyer's solicitor delays. Simon and Byron provided excellent initial support, but Saphire was exceptional. Her dedication, communication, and persistence were vital in getting the sale completed, especially before the stamp duty increase. She navigated the difficulties with professionalism and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend, especially Saphire!

Viewed a house, agent said there was no offers made so far. A few days later I asked if there has been an offer made they said no and on the same instant I put an offer in and the sales agent said there has been an offer for over the price it was being asked. I’m not sure if all at Jackson Robinson are all dishonest like this but it was the first and last time I used this company.

The experience with the team at Robinson Jackson is probably one of the best that I had based on past selling/purchasing with other agents. The team are not only professional but, most importantly, so responsive and communicative to manage both the seller and buyer. I am very pleased that Sam, Sarah and rest of the team helped us along the way and ensured the transaction happened on time without much stress. First-time landlord and a non-resident but the team at Robinson Jackson has been amazing and made the whole process easy. Billy and Ellie handled viewings and I was impressed with the way they balanced the needs of both me and the prospective tenants. The whole team answered my follow-up questions on a timely basis and were extremely helpful. Also appreciate that they were considerate of the time difference when contacting me. Absolutely fantastic team offering outstanding service. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, they were always on hand by phone or email whenever we needed them. We dealt with a number of people including Charlie, Scarlett and Amanda who helped to organise viewings, provided feedback and were always on hand to answer our questions, thank you! We also worked with George and Sharon to progress the sale and they were great at keeping us updated frequently. All of the team were incredibly pro-active and supportive and I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property within the area.
