GoogleAsked for a valuation on a property that I wanted to sell. Gave them the tenants details, they tried once and got no answer, didn't bother ringing back again or letting me know
Agent replied · 20 March 2026
Hi Paul, Thank you for your message. Following your valuation request, we did attempt to contact the tenant using the details provided but were unable to make contact on that occasion. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response at the time. I acknowledge that we should have updated you to confirm this and discussed next steps, rather than leaving the matter without further communication. For that, I apologise. We wish you the very best in the sale of the property.
