GoogleIt’s been somewhat nearly 2.5 years since we first put our house up for sale and we have only just completed! It’s been one very tough experience for myself and my family but the one positive thing I can say is how good the Robinson & Jackson team were with us. We all had to deal with numerous amounts of people who jerked us around for many months but we got there in the end. From the team in the Welling office to the Blackfen office and in particular Sam who worked within the progression department, she was brilliant the whole way. Constant pressure from myself always asking the same question every day seeing where we are and with her non stop chasing our buyer, their solicit and other agents. A big thank you to everyone involved! Would highly recommend Robinson & Jackson 😃
Hi Harry, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us, we really appreciate it. 🌟 We completely understand how challenging and exhausting a long, complex sale like this can be, and we’re so pleased to hear that the Robinson & Jackson teams in Welling and Blackfen were able to support you throughout. Sam will be especially delighted to hear your kind words; her persistence, patience, and dedication clearly made a real difference in getting things over the line. Thank you for sticking with us through such a tough journey, and for your lovely recommendation. Wishing you and your family all the very best in this next chapter! 😃 Best wishes, Tony Robinson Jackson Sidcup & Blackfen

GoogleWe had an incredible service from Robinson & Jackson Blackfen. We recently sold (and bought previously) our property through Robinson & Jackson, and the service was consistently excellent throughout both processes. Sam, Stephanie, Natalie, and the rest of the team were always helpful from start to finish. Our chain wasn’t moving as quickly as we hoped, and we faced a few issues along the way, but they handled everything with patience and a real commitment. They worked hard to keep things progressing and made sure everyone involved stayed on track. We really ppreciated how supportive they were during what can be a very stressful time. They kept in regular contact with our buyers, and whenever we had questions or concerns, someone from the team was always available to help. Their communication and customer service were reliable and reassuring throughout. They made both selling and buying much easier for us, and we’re grateful for all their help.
