GoogleHad such a great experience with Robinson Jackson for the selling of our flat in Plumstead to buy our dream house in Shooters Hill. Even through the trials of tribulations of losing our buyer they were always there and in fact were both the sellers of our property and the new house which made things seamless! Ivan was our first contact who explained the process thoroughly and was really easy going and informative. It took a while for viewings to start as it was tail end of the year but then they started to pick up. We then also started going to view properties and were really impressed by the Robinson Jackson sales agents such as Sadie who had such a bright and positive attitude. All their agents are informative but know when to leave you alone to look around the property yourself without feeling rushed. We felt very confident that they were also doing a great job when showing people around our flat. When we got an offer we actually got two at once! We went with the cash buyer and started looking for a house ourselves. With a whole heap of luck Sadie pointed us towards our house which hadn't even been listed yet when we phoned the office and Ivan showed us round. We fell in love with it immediately and made an offer which was accepted the following week. All the while the team were really helpful and we took their recommendation for a solicitor who were also very efficient. Then disaster struck and our buyer pulled out. The other offer was no longer on the table and it looked like all hope was lost! Ivan and Spencer were incredibly helpful at this point in getting us through this very difficult part until by a miracle the other offer came back to us. They alerted our house seller quickly and we were back on. The next part is always the worst part of selling a house as checks go on and more questions get asked but both Robinson Jackson and the solicitors were incredibly efficient and timely with all communications also offering advice and managing our emotions all along the way. The exchange and final completion were also very smooth giving us ample time to leave the property on completion date. Overall couldn't recommend highly enough!
Wow thanks guys, a very detailed review and whilst not the easiest transaction, hard work won through and it was all meant to be. We all hope that you are very happy in your new home and send our best wishes. Spencer Humble, Branch Partner
