GoogleWe had an incredible service from Robinson & Jackson Blackfen. We recently sold (and bought previously) our property through Robinson & Jackson, and the service was consistently excellent throughout both processes. Sam, Stephanie, Natalie, and the rest of the team were always helpful from start to finish. Our chain wasn’t moving as quickly as we hoped, and we faced a few issues along the way, but they handled everything with patience and a real commitment. They worked hard to keep things progressing and made sure everyone involved stayed on track. We really ppreciated how supportive they were during what can be a very stressful time. They kept in regular contact with our buyers, and whenever we had questions or concerns, someone from the team was always available to help. Their communication and customer service were reliable and reassuring throughout. They made both selling and buying much easier for us, and we’re grateful for all their help.
