Robinson Jackson did a great job selling my Mum's house a few years ago, and this time I was buying my first home. Linley has been brilliant to deal with from the very beginning of my property search. Always on hand for friendly help and support. Thanks Linley, would definitely recommend her and Robinson Jackson!

Thank you Justin for your wonderful feedback and for choosing Robinson Jackson once again. It’s especially lovely to hear that we were able to assist both with the sale of your Mum’s property previously and now with your first home purchase. I’m delighted that Linley has been so helpful and supportive throughout your search. I will be sure to pass on your kind comments to her, and I know she will really appreciate them. Wishing you all the very best in your new home, and thank you again for your recommendation. Kind regards, Steve Perrin Branch Manager Robinson Jackson Estate Agents, Orpington

Corrie at Robinson & Jackson is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She made our transaction smooth and was always very responsive to emails, which made a huge difference throughout the process. The Branch Manager, Neil, is also incredibly helpful, they both truly go out of their way to make sure the whole experience is an enjoyable transition. We would highly recommend Robinson & Jackson, Bexleyheath, and look forward to using them again in the future. Jay

Worse estate agent in the game. Had our property on the market for two years and brought us just two buyers who weren't even in a position to buy. The whole team was then sacked and this wasn't communicated to us. A new manager, Harrison, took over and instantly promised the world but failed to deliver. They took no responsibility for the errors made and continued to make excuses. Ended up going with an independent estate agent, who sold the house after one day of an open house. Please reconsider using Robinson Jackson. Would recommend and independent.

We’re sorry to read that you were disappointed with your experience. This is not the standard of service we strive to deliver, and we understand how frustrating a long sales process can be. We acknowledge your concerns regarding communication and team changes, and we take feedback like this seriously as it helps us improve. While every property sale is influenced by a range of market factors, we regret that you felt unsupported during that time. We are pleased to hear your property has now been sold and wish you all the very best for the future.
