I’ve had a fantastic experience with the lettings team at the Robinson Jackson Barnehurst branch. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish helping to accomodate with my specific requirements. The team were friendly, responsive, and always happy to answer any questions, making everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Their communication was excellent throughout, and they clearly have great knowledge of the local market. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Barnehurst lettings team to anyone.

This is the best lettings agency I’ve come across! They’ve been so accommodating and helped us move into our new home. We were relocating from the north east of England and they have made the transition so smooth! I can’t thank Ellie enough, she went above and beyond to make sure we settled in well and she’s been so kind and professional during the entire process! Robinson Jackson is lucky to have her!!

We recently sold our two bedroom terrace house through Robinson-Jackson in Dartford, making our onward purchase through the Ebbsfleet Robinson-Jackson branch. Lee was polite, professional and extremely effective in organising the prompt sale of our home, with Kerstie at the Ebbsfleet branch being incredibly accommodating with multiple requests to view our purchase property for measurements and fittings. Notable mention must also go to Carol in the sales progression team, whose tenaciousness to get both our sale and purchase over the line was nothing short of incredible. Many thanks to everyone involved, when it came to our greatest financial asset, and onward forever home Robinson-Jackson were the safest pair of hands we could have asked for.

Absolutely brilliant experience viewing a property with Ellie from Robinson Jackson. She was most helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We decided to purchase that property and she has since done exactly what she said she would and communicated proactively to keep us updated. All in all a first class service from a 5* member of staff and as a result we can wholeheartedly recommend Robinson Jackson.

I had a good experience with my viewing carried out by Aleisha, from Robinson Jackson Blackfen and Sidcup. My appointment was 5pm and she was on time to show us around, I like the way she greeted us with a smile, we felt we could ask questions. Aleisha communicate with us about the property, even though we weren't allowed to have acess to the loft. That was the one negative, but one thing stood out with me was how politely Aleisha spoke with the second viewers when asking them to wait until we were through with our viewing. Thank you Aleisha,I would really recommend Robinson Jackson Blacfen sidcup from my experience.
