GoogleVery bad experience, i leave the house in emergency and give one month before notice they deduct nearly all my deposit by saying that early release fee (£973.85) and so many other charges which were not mentioned in contract , so they deducted all charges from my deposit. That’s why not recommending anyone in future

From the moment we met her, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. She gave us plenty of time to properly look around the house and was happy to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Sue was knowledgeable about the property and the local area, and she explained everything clearly and honestly. What really stood out was how personable and approachable she was, it made the whole viewing feel relaxed rather than pressured.

GoogleGot my property with the branch in November for the most part lovely staff and response time were always very quick. However I was disappointed that after obtaining my first ever home with Robinson Jackson, I received no hamper, not even a card or anything from the branch when I collected my keys or arrived at the property, thankfully my mortgage advisor pre sent things over which made the day feel more special. I even went out of my way to deliver the previous landlords deliveries to the branch which were 3 big boxes and still nothing. Hey ho! it is what it is other than that great team I guess!
