GoogleI’ve now used Robinson Jackson estate agent twice, and both experiences have been very positive. First Spencer achieving our sale target and them progressing the sale process Lisa and Hazel were proactive throughout and kept things moving efficiently, which made a big difference. What really stood out was their communication and persistence. Whenever there was a lack of response from the buyer’s side, they didn’t just sit back, they actively chased things up and kept me informed, which helped avoid unnecessary delays and stress. Overall, they’re reliable, responsive, and clearly committed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

GoogleFrom the very first viewing, I felt I was in safe hands with the friendly and supportive team at Plumstead, led by Spencer. The whole process was handled with professionalism and care, viewings were well organised, and I was kept informed throughout, which made a real difference as a buyer. Once my offer was accepted, Hazel and Lisa took over and ensured everything progressed smoothly through to completion. A special mention as well to Sadie for her commitment and professionalism, her support truly stood out. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Buying a property can be stressful, but the team made it feel seamless. The thoughtful gift at the end was a lovely touch too, thank you all for your great work!

GoogleThe Robinson Jackson staff were very helpful throughout our househunting and purchase. They kept the wheels greased at both ends and made for a smooth process. We hope not to have to use them or any estate agents in the near future for obvious reasons, but if we were to move we would happily use them again.
