GoogleRecently purchased our first home through Robinson Jackson. Byron was the estate agent overseeing the process and could not have been more helpful. He kept us informed throughout the whole process & even helped us chase solicitors on both sides when things were delayed. Polite, professional and went over and above. Thanks!

GoogleThe property management at this estate agents is the worst Ive seen as my time as a tenant. They have the worst customer service skills, are rude and completely unhelpful. Sade is particularly rude and has no clue how to assist on very minor issues. You deal with several different people over one issue, and no one knows whats going on. Each time they blame the landlord and hold absolutely no accountability yet they are supposed to be managing the property. Need to be avoided at alls costs from both tenants and landlords.

GoogleThe whole process of selling my aunt’s house was managed professionally by everyone concerned. The agents suggested a price reduction which proved to be successful in securing a buyer. I was kept informed at every stage of the process in a friendly, supportive way. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you

GoogleI had the pleasure of delivering a training session with Amanda and her colleagues at Robinson Jackson Swanscombe & Greenhithe Estate Agents yesterday. It is refreshing to work with an Estate Agency that has a learn it all attitude rather than a know it all attitude and wants to improve their customers experience whether they are a seller or a buyer and go the extra mile.
