GoogleWe had a very positive experience with the estate agency throughout the purchase of our flat. At the beginning, we dealt mainly with Byron and Amba, who were both helpful and responsive. Towards the end of the process, Robert and Simon were especially supportive. We became concerned that we might not complete before our mortgage offer expired, particularly as there appeared to be some communication issues between the solicitors. Robert and Simon acted quickly, regularly contacted the sellers and solicitors, and helped resolve the outstanding issues. Their prompt communication and proactive approach made a stressful situation much easier and played an important part in getting the purchase through to completion on time. We are very grateful for all their help and would happily recommend the agency.
