I begrudge awarding these people 1 star but google review won't allow me to post a review unless I select a star. I went through 4 months of hell with these guys. I have alerted friends and family to avoid them at all costs. A multitude of mistakes when attempting to sell my house down to sheer incompetency. Mistakes I pointed out which eventually after 4 months they finally admitted too even though they kept reminding me through the whole process how experienced they were in their field! Honestly it was shambolic from start to finish. When I challenged them regarding the service I was receiving the response from the Manager was so patronizing! I could not deal with them and their half truths anymore. The end result was my decision to switch agents. Switching agents worked out to be fantastic, I only wish I had made the decision to do it sooner than I did. Moving is stressful anyway but if you want added, unnecessary stress from an agent who thinks it's appropriate to string you along endlessly then these are the guys for you.

Really good agency. I am reviewing with reference to a flat purchase in Eltham. We've been taken care of constantly and at every single stage, from viewing the house, receiving competent mortgage advise, liaising with the owners to exchange contracts. They're professional and responsive, and have a good pool of house to choose from. Highly recommended!

Selling my mother's home after she had passed away was not an easy process, made more difficult because I did not live close by. The team in Robinson Jackson's Eltham and Blackfen offices could not have been more helpful. Whatever was needed they were quick to respond and they kept me posted on progress all the time.

I cannot recommend Robinson Jackson in Eltham highly enough. They far superseded any expectations I had. They were professional, friendly, uber responsive and proactive! Honestly, what a super amazing team. So glad I chose to sell my house through them. They truly have made a very stressful process much easier. A massively huge thank you to them!

When putting my home up for sale I had 3 estate agents come round and whilst Robinson and Jackson were not the cheapest they were most definitely the best. My home was on the market for 2 weeks before I got my first offer and 3 weeks before I was pretty much offered the asking price. A professional personal service throughout the whole process made it a lot less stressful than it could have been. It really is a team effort, Nick did my valuation and had extensive knowledge of the area and current market and Marcus and Theo did my viewings. Luke sorted out my mortgage and the progression team Lauren and Tony from the welling office kept me in the loop. They really did take care of everything which meant I could continue with my daily commitments and know that not only my sale but also my purchase was in great hands. Not only did they sell my property they also helped me find my dream home. You get what you pay for guys if you want local knowledge, experience and a professional service throughout then use Robinson and Jackson. I’m so grateful to all of you. I’d like to say I’ll use you next time but I can’t see myself moving any time soon, I love my new home.

Would avoid Robinson and Jackson Dartford at all costs. How they acquire properties is questionable at best. Happy to see someone suffering from mental illness, homeless so they can swoop in to make a profit. Unhelpful greedy scum Avoid Avoid Avoid !!
