Very pleased with the service from Robinson Jackson, right from the first visit to my home. The interior photos were taken and processed very quickly to get the sales document out as soon as possible. I had an excellent response, and a successful sale at a price I was very happy with.

Lovely, supportive and helpful people - this was our first time buying a home and Rob / Sharon and Susan were all there the whole way through the process to answer all of our questions! They come back to you quickly (which when you are waiting on something as exciting as buying a house means a lot!!) Definitely an estate agent worth recommending.

My first meeting with a agent from Robinson Jackson was with Rob who was so helpful and understanding with me and my state of mind at the time, has this was my mother's house who had recently passed away after a short illness. I also had a lot of help from Sharon and katey they were all amazing and kept me up dated through out the process of selling of my childhood home. I would highly recommend Robinson Jackson Estate agents, especially the team at the Orpington branch

Recently brought a property through Robinson Jackson and had a positive experience from start to finish - highly recommended. Sharon and Katy are dedicated to progressing sales and dealt with all my queries, no matter how small, promptly and efficiently every time. They kept me in the loop regarding the whole chain without me needing to chase - as soon as they received information, they passed it to me and I appreciated their clarity. The house buying process is stressful but their approach put my mind at rest as I knew things were "in hand" with them. THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Huge thanks to the team at Robinson Jackson Orpington. From the moment we met Rob we knew we were in good hands and he kindly came to visit my aunt whose property we were selling at the care home she has had to move into. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable and efficient and gave us great advice AND we sold quickly at a great price! Sharon is totally on the ball and excellent at chivvying all parties along keeping us informed of developments at every stage. A real pleasure to deal with and can't recommend highly enough.
