GoogleMy daughter arranged a viewing with Connor Watts today and he couldn't have been more helpful. He had excellent knowledge on the property we visited and was very helpful in answering our questions and queries. The most amazing part of the service was arranging another viewing for a property we saw online on the way to our appointment. This was very much appreciated, especially considering the short notice for the request. We want to thank Connor and the team at Robinson Jackson Plumtmstead for their help today.
Thank you Sanjay, for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear Connor was so helpful and knowledgeable, and that he was able to arrange an additional viewing for you at short notice. GoogleUnfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The team was very laid-back and lacked proactiveness throughout the process. We had to constantly chase for updates, appointment confirmations and follow-ups, rather than being kept informed proactively. Having dealt with several other estate agents, this has easily been one of our poorest experiences in terms of communication and overall service. It would be very unfortunate if we had to deal with them again in the future.
Hi Shashank - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the level of communication and service you received, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We can confirm that there was no delay in communicating your interest or any offers made, and these were passed on to the seller promptly. We understand that missing out on a property can be frustrating, particularly when you are keen to secure a home. With regards to viewings, we always aim to confirm appointments as quickly as possible, but we also have to work around the availability of the people living in the properties. This means we sometimes need to obtain the occupier’s agreement before a viewing can be confirmed, and we feel it is important to respect their circumstances. We appreciate this can be frustrating, but unfortunately it is not always something we can control.
