GoogleOutstanding service from start to finish. I took their advice they sold my house in days got the best possible price for it. They where always on the end of the phone for advice. Was given advise on which offer was the best to accept obviously if was done to us who we picked but we were told everything we needed to know to make that decision. Once sold we had excellent help from their after sales team who could not do enough to help us. All the staff were amazing but Laine Jordon and Sharon were most involved with our sale and were outstanding. I can very highly recommend

They always answered our phone calls. When ever we asked for viewing, They always gave us a slot which was convenient for us.

GoogleChoosing the right Estate agent is a very important part of your property move. We had a couple on our short list but chose to use Robinson Jackson and have not regretted it for one moment. From the initial introduction the whole Swanscombe team have been professional and enthusiastic and make you feel special. Led by Jordan the Branch manager his whole team have always answered any question immediately and if they saw they will call back always did. We were fortunate that our house sold quickly. This was partly due to it being marketed at the correct price and also the client base RJ already had of people looking for similar properties to what we were selling. Once offer was accepted the progression team stepped in and Tracy was fantastic. Full of energy and passion and really whipped the solicitors into shape ensuring we exchanged in a timely manner and didn't let the momentum slow at any point! The progression team are pivotal to us buyers and sellers as they always return your call and sort out any problems or concerns we had. they are a good point of contact as well for liaising with your solicitors which i didn't realise until now. I am rarely one to leave a review but in this case it is thoroughly justified! Well done Robinson Jackson!!

GoogleAs a first time buyer its always scary of the unknown when purchasing a first home, whilst we found a house through an online estate agent Josh at Robinson and Jackson was extremely professional and answered all our questions with honesty and provided us with much clarity. He listened to our needs and was understanding of our requirements. The properties they had available wasn't what we wanted but he made it a positive experience for us. I would recommend viewing through him and speaking with him about your specific requirements.

GoogleWe recently sold and purchased through this branch and can't have more praise for the whole process and team, from Andy with the initial consultation and valuation, to Harry, Natalie and Paula for the viewings and Sam in the progress team, especially Sam, for all her hardwork during the sale process and seeing us through to exchange and completion. We didn't have the easiest route with getting to exchange/completion for one reason and another, but the experience and level heads of the team at Robinson Jackson Sidcup got us back on track. To say they all helped make our dream a reality would be an understatement, and a week on from moving, my wife and I are still pinching ourselves. I have already referred them to a friend and would have no hesitation recommending them to others. Shout out to Luke too, our financial advisor in this process who works figuratively and literally with Andy et al, and offered us sensible and educated guidance on how to financially make our dream a reality.
