After accepting the offer, we did not have best of the communication possible in the first two weeks. However we had great experience after initial 20 days.
Especially the Progression team Margaret and Andrea did fantastic job in channeling the information. They are highly efficient and worked above and beyond their job description. They chased the seller's solicitors many times without them it would have been a really difficult journey.
The overall experience is very good, we recommend RJ.

GoogleThese guys are the busiest shop usually with the most properties in the area to sell so they must be doing something right. Ben and his professional team are polite,patient and extremely helpful to me during my recent purchase of a property in Welling. Also unusually for most shops on the strip the guys get in early and have been there to answer the phone at 8.30 when most others aren't reachable before 9. Many thanks to all who have been so helpful during my three months saga of finding the perfect home. GoogleWe called Robinson Jackson Welling branch in a bit of a panic as we needed to move quickly for family reasons and had already found a suitable property.
We explained our situation and Tony Murray (branch manager) came round for a valuation the next day. Photos taken the day after (lots of comments from friends and family about how great they looked) and we were listed straight after that. We had more viewings than we expected - Scott and Anthony did a great job of keeping in touch and following up to collect feedback. I had an email confirmation with the name and time of every viewing, which was useful for keeping track.
When it came to managing the offer, Tony Murray's feedback was very helpful and when it came to closing the deal at exchange time, Tony Hodges was brilliant, handling a complex situation (our buyer and seller refusing to meet in the middle on completion date) professionally and absorbing stress from all sides. Branch admin was great too, they were always on top of their emails and replied quickly.
Throughout the process we have felt very well supported by Robinson Jackson and would not hesitate to recommend them in future.
